Love the care and attention to my dog Penny. She has been a patient here since she was born 4 years ago. She has had regular routine visits, the staff is always kind and caring. She originally came to us with kennel cough, her treatment prescribed was just what she needed to heal from it. She has been healthy ever since. We have followed her treatment of having her routine visits, shots, flea/ tic treatment, heart worm treatment and this has maintained her health along with her home care. The after hours line has been responsive and helpful on the few occasions we have had call. We are super grateful for Curry Ford Animal Hospital.

TLDR: didn't take my concerns seriously and my cat suffered more.negligent

I took my cat in because she was having difficulty eating and had significant weight loss. I mentioned that she struggled to eat, had a sudden preference for soft food, stopped grooming, and showed a decline in energy and mood. I told them that I was somewhat concerned about a few possible chronic illnesses, but that at the last visit (5 months ago) Dr. Mole mentioned something about build up and inflammation. I didn’t look further into this because my concern at that time was her obsessive grooming and asthma, but at this visit, I wanted them to double check her teeth and follow up with whatever it was that he said.

I had my cat sedated because of how aggressive she is, so that they could check her teeth and gums and perform blood work. When I got her back, I was told that everything including her teeth looked fine. I was told to allow my cat free access to dry food and return in a month, even though I explicitly stated that she would not eat dry food. She was obviously in pain. A week went by and my anxiety grew in severity as my cat lost more weight and seemed even more miserable. I contacted the vet suggesting that my cat had teeth resorption, which I know can only be diagnosed using dental radiographs. However, there are still visible clues that can indicate tooth resorption such as difficulty eating, bad breath, a sudden preference for soft foods, and food falling out of your pets mouth. All of these issues were mentioned to the vet either at my last visit or via Televet. I was told that both Dr. Gray and Dr. Rosado, a board certified dental vet didn't think a dental cleaning and exam were necessary as they didn't notice anything that could cause pain or enough tartar on my cat’s tooth. I responded with more obvious symptoms of tooth resorption (eating on one side of the mouth and food falling out) asking what could be causing that, only to be met with no response at all.

The cashier gave me a nasty attitude which feels great to receive when you’re spending hundreds of dollars.

I had a scary experience with my dog Ranger. Curry Ford Animal Hospital took us in asap and explained everything that was happening and what possible treatments were available. They were patient with all my questions and treated Ranger like I would…. As my child. He is everything to me and to know that everyone there genuinely cared for him was a blessing. I can’t thank them enough for helping my furbaby through that frightening event. THANK YOU for saving my baby!

Our old frenchie chihuahua was quite the actor this day. My guy and I were worried that something with wrong with him because his demeanor had been off. This little dude needs an Oscar.

We called and got a same day appointment. Checked in and waited 10-15 minutes. The Dr was great. Gave him a regular physical and explained what could be going on. To say the least, our nugget was completely fine. It was an expensive 20 minutes, but sometimes you just do that for our fur babies!

This place has been always good to us, but during our last visit the manager vet, tried to sell us a training on the side, that her husband offers, outside of the clinic. It has nothing to do with the clinic. Also on Wednesday May 17th I went at 4: 40pm to pick up my dog’s medication and it was closed. When they are supposed to close at 6pm. And there wasn’t a note or anything like that outside of the door to inform that it was closed or to apologize for being close.

The staff is so friendly with my dog, and are always so easy to contact if I need anything. The pricing is fantastic and I couldn’t be happier with the services I receive! Definitely recommended this vet if you have a fur baby!

I am so happy to have a vet like Curry Ford Animal Hospital! I seriously don’t know what i’d do without them. They are extremely welcoming and each and every one of their staff members are awesome, friendly and informative. Their office and rooms are always clean and put together. You can tell just by talking to their staff that they love their jobs and are not just working “because it’s a job”, they have gone to great lengths to help me and my dog. I couldn’t be more pleased with the level of service and knowledge that i have received from the staff. They treat every animal just like their own and even know most of them by name! I have recommended this veterinary office to everyone and will continue to recommend Curry Ford Animal Hospital!

I just switched my dog to Curry Ford Animal Hospital this year in January and the staff is very friendly and willing to give different options based on my needs and financial situation. They were so nice and made sure my dog was good even a few days after my visit with them.

We have been going to this vet since April 2020, when we adopted our first dog. This vet had the fairest pricing, was close to our home, and offered a great wellness/insurance plan (pay upfront for a year of free exams, included vaccines, neuter, etc.).

I had mixed experiences with this vet practice with inconsistent pricing, lack of communication about how much things cost, etc.but I brushed it off as the staff was usually good about rectifying when necessary.

Fast forward to 2022, I'm now shopping for another vet because the prices for everything have absolutely skyrocketed (exam fees used to be around $50 in 2020 but are now $80? Just for the doctor to look at your dog?). I receive inconsistent help from the staff - i.e. A price estimate was promised to me one week but I never received it, so I call about a week later to follow up and I am promised an email with the estimate. A few hours later I follow up just to make sure it wasn't missed and I get quoted the prices over the phone, no acknowledgement of the fact that the email was completely forgotten a 2nd time.

I really wish I could say nicer things but it has been an extremely rough experience trying to be committed to one vet. There is really no reason to stay at this vet aside from its proximity, as the prices are super inflated for service that isn't even 5-star. I called another highly rated vet and the prices were 20-50% lower for each individual service/vaccine/test. Don’t be afraid to shop around other great veterinary practices or assume the price you’re paying is standard. I would consider going elsewhere unfortunately.

We’ve always had a mid level experience here but the last few visits have been the last straw. We have a cat with a temper around strangers and it can be hard to handle her but before now they’ve never expressed a problem about her routine checkups and have always been able to give her care. They have been treating our cat for three years now and when we recently went in for her yearly vaccinations the vet tech walked in to the room, tried to open the carrier but didn’t proceed further because of her hissing and hitting the carrier. The doctor prescribed us a sedative and told us to come back again later. We gave her the dosage but she was still exhibiting some aggressive behavior when we took her in the second time. This time the vet walked in, took one look at her, and didn’t even try to open the carrier. They never even gave us a good explanation on why they couldn’t treat her this time when they have successfully treated her up until this point. We tried to ask for tips on how to administer the sedatives but they wouldn’t provide good solutions. We also inquired about how they were able to treat her before with no sedatives, but could not provide an adequate answer. Instead they handed us a pre written note with a referral to a behavioral specialist for a $395 consultation. It’s ridiculous that this referral was the next step, when in the same visit they did not try any techniques at calming her or use protective equipment to try and get her out. This is not the first time we’ve had issues with this hospital before, but it will be the last time we do business with them.
