This is a company who has been my go to HVAC company for over the last 20 years, having worked for them many many moons ago I know that the employees and owner in particular have nothing but the utmost respect for their customers and go further than anyone who works in this business in assuring that the job is done correct and the customer is above all else-SATISFIED

Called for AC repair came out fixed the air as best they could considering how old the unit was. Went out again, mind that it is a very old unit, got it running and loaned me a portable just in case. These are very, very awesome people who have a genuine concern for their customers.

The scheduled time was between 11am and 1pm. Robert was at my home by 11: 15am! His work was fast and efficient. He was kind and answered any questions I had. Robert was knowledgable and patient! I appreciate you guys coming out so quickly and getting the job done.

Aaron came out within 2 hours of our call. We told him we had a leak and lost all our coolant. Arron found the leak, repair it, filled the coolant back up all in less than 15 minutes. Afterward, Aaron reevaluated repair work done by other "professionals" and offered advice and information that showed me how much he actually knew about my specific unit. I wouldn't call anyone else now. This company is well woth the best reviews. Thankyou Aaron.

Kensi sold me from the very beginning with her kind personally, professionalism and willingness to help. The tech that came to my house (Robert) was a young and professional employee as well that took his job serious and got it done without skipping over anything that needed inspected. Aaron was so kind to come out and fix this thermostat in record time! He always does an excellent job no matter what you ask him to do. He is always willing and able (experienced). I highly recommend him to handle any type of air conditioning problem anyone may have!

Wednesday on my way to the gym after work, I got a call from my wife, telling me we had no A/C!

Assuming we would be spending at least one night at a hotel, my wife was already making a reservation ($110.00 + tax), as the low was in the 90s. I rushed home, to see if there was anything minor I could see.
On 301, literally 2 minutes from our home, I pulled in behind a truck, pulling a trailer, owned by Quality. I called the number, on the off chance he could just pull off, and check out the unit. Well, I got the owner, and he said that he would see if Aaron, his partner, could stop by. Well, a couple of hours later, Arron showed up, and said, with confidence, there isn't an air conditioner I can't get running, and sure enough, within 45 minutes, he was gone, and we had cold air!

Now, we have an old, 1996, A/C, and most people would have simply told me that the unit was beyond repair, but there was no pressure at all from Aaron, just a new condenser.

He left us some price options for a new unit, and was on his way.

Great, honest company, and if my landlord approves it, we will get these guys to put in a new unit for us.

I came home from work to find my A/C unit was not working, the temperature inside my house was 87! I called Custom Air Conditioning and there were able to send Aaron and Rob out in one hour. The problem was quickly diagnosed and fix, so nice to have a cool house again. I absolutely love that this company is local and was able to quickly work me into their schedule. Thank you so much!

Aaron came to the rescue when our AC unit stopped working on late Saturday night.

He was direct, transparent, and very honest. He did not try to upsell me on anything, gave me candid advice, and truly respected me as a client. With everything going on in the world, you try and hold out hope for people like Aaron and this company. Integrity. They stand by it.

My manager Ken called them to schedule an AC unit inspection. Unfortunately, after we made the appointment the unit went out completely. So we had an another company come out in short notice to fix it.

However, the person that Ken coordinated with was courteous and professional. Highly recommended at least for their good customer service. We’ll keep them in mind if anything else shows up.

We scheduled a maintenance check for our AC unit to ensure our summer would be uneventful when it comes to our AC unit. I talked with Patrick to schedule and we had a good conversation about their availability and how their maintenance calls went as well as their availability for emergencies. We wanted to support a local business and this one worked out great. Aaron was our tech and he provided great advice and ensured our unit was in good condition. We will be scheduling some replacement work with them in the next year.
