I booked my appointment and I needed to change the day
Call but the phone is not available to talk
I sent a message to change my appointment and no one responded
I went to the option on the website to change the appointment and it didn't let me do anything, neither change nor cancel.
I finally lost my deposit and never heard back from anyone

Terrible experience. Had an appointment at 2: 30, it took them until 6: 30 PM to wash and groom our 25 lb dog. When we got home we noticed his fur was scorched black in areas on both sides of his body, and he had small burns on his skin. Never again! They seemed over booked and overwhelmed. See the photo below, he was burned by the dryer on both sides of his body and not a word was said to us. The shampoo we gave is hypoallergenic and we’ve been using it for years. Like I said never again.

They are amazing! Every time I pick up my puppy he comes back even cuter than before! Very professional and they do great work. I can tell they treat the animals very well. Highly recommend!

Our Wally LOVES! Them. The ladies always do a wonderful job and he's a BIG dog so I know its not easy. He loves coming here and they are wonderful communicating via text if anything comes up during the appt. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to everyone! Quality and care is their priority!

They are Simply the best! The Groomers are very caring and treat my babies as their own. I have Been taking my Aussie and sheepadodle for 6+ months and will never go anywhere else. Just take your time and schedule the appts ahead of time. Try them! You won't be disappointed!

The BEST groomer down south.they take care of my dog like their own and always go above and beyond.my dog loves to go and they love each of the dogs that go there!
