The Haitian guy with the dreadlocks has no proper customer service. Good luck to anyone dealing with him

First and last time going to this place. The Haitain guy with the dreadlocks just nasty, crazy he is working at a job that involved knowing customer service but he has none. He is not even the best photographer there but has so much attitude.

They were ok but I honestly was unsatisfied with the quality of photos they seems to be rushed and not properly edited like I asked. The office appeared disorganized to capacity. I will find another place to redo them. I wanted some edited and after obtaining the pics i had to edit myself. The photographer was very great, friendly and courteous I loved him. He made me feel comfortable and helped me pose correctly. I still recommend them though. I will use them again repeatedly then just edit myself. Easy way to get your photos taken and obtained.

Worst experience ever. They rushed me to take my picture and they came out all wrong. I tried calling to get a refund and they never picked up. I finally got a ride to go over there to get a refund and they told me they couldn't do it. They employees sucked along with the owner. If I wanna take pictures it's better to do it on your phone or go to your local JCPenney. If I can give it 0 stars I would

The photographer that worked with my son was awesome. He took his time and took different poses and added different things in the background. The only thing I would suggest is for the company to learn to pick up the phone.

Before I went here I went through the reviews and comments and started to get a lil skeptical, but I needed the pictures. I went there and from the counter man to the camera man, they was PROFESSIONAL. NO EXCUSE

This place is byfar the worst photo place ever my photo was to be ready on Thursday today which is Saturday I want to pick them they at first couldn't find them so they have to reprint them so I have to wait a other 30 minutes so they can print them make the person who took me there late to work lets not talked about the prices so high back in the days the prices was great long with the service I been come same day one of this place open and tell you the truth I will never come here

So unprofessional I walked in at 10: 12 Am they open at 10AM they told me that they are booked and it will be a 30 minute wait mind you they don't take appointments, ok no problem I wait come back at 10: 50 AM they have a note on the door that says will be back at 11: 30AM why tell me 30 mins when it's really more than an hour wait?

This place unfortunately is not what it used to be. The original owners retired and are no longer there. The new management is mean, not friendly, and does not give as many photos. Also the retouching is not like the old owners used to. Dont go here.

Timely, quality and friendly service. Wish I remember my photographer name, he work great with my son and made it his day.editing department did a phenomenal job.

My son was a did not want to stay for his photos to be taken, the photographer gave him a ball it was a wrap, he sat down and play and
the picture came out nice.

I love the place, great staff I will recommend this place.they take great pictures for all occasions.keep it up great

The manager Jim and staff are incredible and very welcoming. My photos always comes out nice, the quality of the photos are perfect every time from the decor to the lighting of each shot. The staff never disappoints.

I am so glad that I stumbled across Cute Photo studio. The staff made sure my family and I was comfortable and enjoying the experience. We had the Best photographer; energetic, engaging, and a lot of fun! Ps (he thought us how to pose) We love our wedding pictures. Would highly recommend them to family, friends and business associates

Here's yet another complaint about the manager with the dreads. Poor customer service and poor quality in pictures. I've been coming to Cute Photo for over 17 years and the people that they have in there now has caused me to take my money elsewhere. Today was my son's birthday.the pictures were horrible. I kept asking several times why wasn't the camera man showing him how to pose. So when they showed me the pics to pick from none of them looked good.there were even pictures of him blinking. The so-called manager up front said he wasn't retaking the pictures. FINE, I took my refund and WILL NEVER EVER COME BACK!

My girlfriend and I took some pictures there for our anniversary everything was awesome from the front desk to the photographer great service in general. I’m definitely coming back for more I love everything they took.

By far the greatest place to get high quality head shots in town. I was extremely impressed with the team customer service and knowledge of photography. Definitely go here if you're looking to develop your brand like a pro

They took my engagement pictures and though the wedding didn’t last those pictures have withstood the test of time, I can credit that to the professionalism Jim Joseph, he made taking pictures enjoyable.
