Cutler Hammock Apartments reviews
6I just moved down to Cutler Bay from Fort Lauderdale with my son. Moving in this apartment complex was smooth, easy and quick! Eli is one of the Managers who helped with the application process. They always answer their emails and fast at that! Being that I am new to the area, they definitely made it easier for me.
Horrible process. I am still waiting on a check from them after waiting for 4 weeks. They took my money denied me next day and said the money had to be sent in check. I was told that I could come get my money by the girl who was helping me. I paid a deposit for a place I never even seen. I am reporting BBB. I am still waiting on call back and still have not received one.
I love to live here, the office staff are always welling to help you, and the maintenance are great people.
As a maintenance supervisor for Cutler Hammocks, I'm going to make this community a better place to live and I'm very happy to be there to serve this community for all of my resident.
I don’t usually speak badly of places but you need to be warned before signing. Husband and I and newborn baby tried to get a room and we applied. Staff never answered the phone (even though they were in the office) and when we went in person, were extremely rude. In particular Susan. They will NOT LET YOU SEE THE ROOM BEFORE SIGNING (no tour either) so keep that in mind. Finally we completed paperwork and gave Susan a 300$ holding fee which she said could be returned if we were denied. Husband and I got into car wreck and his school financial aid did not disperse in time so we called to cancel the application. She refused to give us the 300$ back even though she very well could have. The absolute worst experience in my entire life and I will warn everyone I know. There are much better income restricted places around please just look.
