CVS, Pembroke Pines FL

I have never had such a bad experience as I had with this CVS. I was forced to change from Walgreens because of insurance change and it has been a nightmare. They lie about getting in Contact with doctors office and will do absolutely nothing to help you as a human being get your much needed medication. Go to CVS at Target do not waste your patience with these monsters and the management is as bad as the employees!

I had an appointment for a COVID 19 test, after waiting in line for 2 hours they said “the nurse is not available “

It has become obvious to me that this location is the most mismanaged cvs
In the area. I never had the issues at the
Palm ave.location that I have here. They
are excuse driven and I don't understand
how the company doesn't to the reviews.
I am going back to the Palm ave.location
even though I don't live in that area anymore.

Today I visited this location an the person in the register LATOYA es very unprofessional and bad worker. I bought $110 and she don’t have my a receipt. Very bad!

I called pharmacy from inside rhe store to see why I couldnt get through when home. Staff gets the call, but ignires it. The call goes into hold. Terrible service, this cobtributes to the longer normal wait.

Worst RX I have ever seen they don’t open on the schedule time. They don’t know what they are doing in there. They are rude leade pharmacist is never there they either close early from scheduled time or open late. They will call you tonlet you know prescription is ready then you show up and it’s not. Definitely chanign to another pharmacy.

Pharmacists are always there to help. The head pharmacist help me out in a tigh situation where the doctor forgot to send out the prescreption and i was leaving the next day out of town. She got a hold of the Doc and got my preacription forst thing in the morning. Went above and beyond to help. Great team you guys have there!

Only spent 30 minutes here but it was apparent the pharmacy was more than hard working and caring. Especially the dude in the front. Much diligence here.

Worst pharmacy. Unorganized, poor customer service. Never on time. I've been hung up on more times than I can count. Jesus.

Terrible service. I dropped off a prescription for my son and was told they will call when it’s ready and never got a call back. I said ok I’ll pick it up first thing in the morning before he goes to school. Guess what.it’s not ready. I was told to wait 15 mins for it to be prepared. I mean at this point I don’t have a choice but to wait also my son is running late for school. 5 minutes later the pharmacists tells me the prescription can’t be filled because they don’t have the medication in stock! And nobody didn’t even bother to call the day before to let me know. What a huge waste of my time! I’m not only running late for work my son late for school and it was all for NOTHING! I Shouldn’t be surprised at this point with this place. Every time I need to pick up my prescription it’s never ready. Although I get a text saying it is. So there is always a wait time. I am completely done with this pharmacy and going somewhere else. I suggest anyone looking for a good pharmacy with good service go somewhere else this cvs horrible.

Piss poor customer service at the pharmacy here. No one answers the phone. Literally was in the empty drive thru for 10 mins before anyone came to help. No apologies nothing. I hate that my daughter's insurance to use Walgreens. Cvs is terrible

My son walks into this cvs location attempts to purchase something small to get cash back for school and he's told from the store manager Cynthia that store doesn't offer cash back in morning because the store just opened and the registers aren't equipped for it. I found this extremely odd so I go in to get an explanation because just maybe my son misunderstood, but no she tells me the samething so I ask her to test the theory and before it's done I'm asked how much do I need. Surprise, surprise the machine works just fine cash back approved for all of $20 and a trident gum. So, I'm just curious was this manager being lazy and didn't want to ring up my son or because this dread head urban dressed individual walks into the store he wasn't give the assistance he deserved as a consumer.

Do not go, save your time and your peace of mind, drive some extra mile and go to another Pharmachy, this place is a mess, need change of staff and management, and also a good re stock, every time I visit this location there is always something wrong, every single time. Save your self!

Pharmacy makes you wait 10 minutes just to sign for a delivery, and doesn't tip. I would give it less than 1 star if I could.

Once again, I am incredulous at the lack of professionalism and logistical inadequacies of this pharmacy. It boggles my mind how unorganized this CVS is. I have been continously disappointed with the poor delivery of service and urge any customer who would consider utilized their services to stay away. Consistently, there has been delays with my prescriptions in regards to prompt delivery and communications. This past instance, I was repeatedly texted that my medication was ready for pickup and when I arrived they had never been filled. This is one example in addition to having to wait days for medications with repeated follow up calls and holding the personnels' hands to get things accomplished only to show up and wait for the script at the counter for a half an hour. The disorganization of the prescriptions are apparent from behind the counter and mix ups are frequent from what I have witnessed. The staff are unintelligible and clueless most of the time. I have absolutely never had worse service from a pharmacy and would go to Walgreens if my insurance was amenable to cover medications filled there. I will certainly be taking my business to another CVS because my medications need to be taken an redd therefore filled on a diligent schedule and the service I have received on multiple occasions is unacceptable.

Customer service was horrible. This weird tech is always to hyper, always saying wierd things and is loud, so much slang. Pharmacist aren't any better.

A very welcome CVS Store, excellent service in the Pharmacy, never had such a friend welcome every time I come to this store, drive thru for pharmacy is always on point.recommend using this store if local or just visiting.

One person at the pharmacy attending the in-store customers and the drive-through. It never fails! Long lines long wait. And it's funny because when you go to the regular register you are also in line for 10 minutes because of the rewards offer. People stand there for minutes punching in their phone numbers or trying to remember the rewards information causing unnecessary delays. I have literally walked out and left.
