What a terrible store. I was the only customer and Leon the manager refused to print a canvas telling me they were too busy. They were literally building price cards. CARE ABOUT YIUR CUSTOMERS FIRST!

We went into this store Saturday the 16th around 747 pm. There were 6 people without a mask on. Five checked out ahead of us and one was in line. When we got to the cashier we asked her if it was mandatory and she said yes. So we asked why they were allowed in the store let alone checked out. She said I don t know so we asked for the manager and he was fixing the self checkout. He had his mask down to his chin and shrugged when we asked him why. We will never go back in that store or any other cvs what a disgrace!

I went here specifically for a sale on soda and sugar free candy. They did not have Coke Zero or much of selection on sugar free candy or anything in the food department and complained to the manager. He wrote me a personal email apologizing for the inconvenience and explained that as a small beach location they don't get the same things as other stores. He said he would ask his vendors if they could get what I was looking for! Not that is some great customer service and management!

Clean store, everything I needed was in stock. They have self checkouts which I usually prefer, and they have an Allpoint ATM on site!

Manager attitude is brutal. Front desk employee asked for help due to long line and he cam out and said why aren’t they using self serve. Because they weren’t working and instead of checking people out he proceeded to fix the non working self serve registers. No wonder Publix and Walmart always score higher on customer experience.

I have been with this CVS for aprox, 6 years. Everyone is amazing, specially the pharmacy staff, always so professional. I’ve heard CVS is more expensive, I’m a loyal customer due to their great customer service!

I tried to call the pharmacy to see if they had in stock a prescription medication that I needed. The problem is they NEVER answer the phone and there is no option to leave a message. This is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. So glad that the Walgreens down the street is much better.

Every time I have to refill my pain med, both pharmacists tell me that they're but "we can order it". Then I ask when will it be in? His response "don't know, could be monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, just don't know".

I just came out of 31 days in rehabilitation on November 6th and have been recuperating at home, after a bad accident on October 15, where I suffered a fractured right thumb; fractured left clavacal (collar bone) ; left shoulder and fractured pelvic bone. Now I have to go to physical therapy until march.

I'm trying to understand why I have to go to different CVS's when I hear them say to me that they don't know when it will be in.
I went to the A1A pharmacy, last month to try and have my prescription filled when I made an error on this refill. Then the young lady told me to come back on January 4th and they can refill it. Nope, have to wait until monday.

I guess I want to know which pharmacy would be the one to go to. I can't be going all over St. Augustine when I have to make arrangements for transportation and all my other doctors appointments and tests.

It makes me wonder if I should go to another pharmacy. You're not worth it.

These are the 2 CVS pharmacists/stores that I'm referring to:

I called corporate and was told to hold on for 3 or four minutes. After holding for 7 minutes I looked at my phone and it was disconnected. So, I guess you have problems all the way UP THE LADDER.

Does not surprise me that the the Pharmacist has customer service issues, as the lady that served me was very condescending and made assumptions about me and my insurance based solely on my appearance. Assumed my insurance was medicaid (out of town GA BCBS) and quoted me A$220 vs actual $20 copay. This intolerance or ignorance is tolerated when it comes from the top. If the leadership has this kind of mentality they tolerate it from from staff, who are less skilled at hiding it when interacting with customers. To be fair, I had no interaction with the pharmacist. He could be a fine human being but she needs diversity training at the least. BTW, I'm a Dr or I play one on TV. JK I am.

DECEPTION! Product diminishedly marked, however, are not subtracted in the cash as diminishedly. If nothing shops here! Be carefully!

I was saddened to find that this pharmacy had such a low score in reviews. I love this CVS and everyone works very hard here. They got me my prescription fast and bonus: ! They have a red box!

THE POPLE THAT WORK THERE ARE RUDE AS HELL I BEEN TO THIS ONE A COOPLE IF TIMES AND THEY ARE SO RUDE AND MEAN THE LADY YELLED AT MY MOTHER TO DAY OVER BATTRRY TODAY SO WE WENT TO WALGREENS! TO GAT THEM!

Staff did not honor appointment time. They were also super rude. Don't not come here for anything. Long wait time, poor service, and the minute clinic staff let others in front of us when we were supposed to be before them, then wouldn't let us have our appointment until after 2: 30 and at the time it was 12: 15.

I drove through to drop off a prescription for my friend coming from the ER, the pharmacist asked when I'd want the prescription ready. I said 15 minutes because my friend was in a lot of pain just coming from the hospital, and the pharmacist just laughed and said she could do 35. Um rude: - (

The staff was very friendly and helpfuI. The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the check out is very slow. I was here on vacation and used the store three times during my stay.
