CVS, Miami Gardens FL

Please try to avoid going to this CVS. The pharmacist and the techs are very disrespectful and not understanding. It really hurts being treated this way when you are trying to get tested for COVID and you are a couple minutes late and they cancel your appointment. You are already sick and want to know if you have COVID; They do not know your situation/emergency. I am a tech myself for another CVS and I would never treat my customers the way they treated me. Please there are several CVS closer to this one. AVOID!

I've been getting prescriptions filled at this pharmacy for years, and today I had the worst customer service ever. An employee by the name of Artricia was ever so rude. I hope someone teaches her customer service because no one should have to endure her attitude. I wish I could give 0 stars.

The pharmacy staff is not helpful. They talk to you like their in high school. They hang up on you whole your speaking. When you ask for an explanation they don't have one. They're disgusting.

Had a Covid 19 appointment waited 45 minutes and when I got to window they told me nurse took a lunch break and couldn’t do my test till after 2pm. Completely unprofessional I do not recommend

The Jakiya has treated me, me and the others very kindly and patiently. I consider her an excellent worker!

Wait time at the drive thru is always ridiculous. Other than that ive never had a problem with the staff.

I never have a issue with picking up my medication. I get texts when it's time for refills. I get texts when my refills are ready. I go through the drive thru, get my meds and leave. No problems so far for me. I hope it stays that way.

The store is okay, but there are suspicious people outside, and I do not understand why they do not pay attetion about that. I do not feel safety to visit it.

This location is ok only thing they need to do is provide faster and better service. Also there drive thru pharmacy has a long wait time, will burn your gas up waiting on them.

I did not have a good experience with CVS today I waited on the phone 15 minutes to speak to pharmacy and I had to call back twice not good customer service

Just rude poor custmer service i been trying to get my blood press medicine for two days now and i still dont have it.

This place is pretty ghetto. Every time I go here I'm harassed by a homeless man for money. The inside of the store is always a mess. Employees don't seem to care and they are always out of whatever is on sale.
