Worst slowest CVS pharmacy drive-through. Today sat outside the drive up window two people inside completely ignoring me for almost 9 minutes similar story happens every time I come here. I’m typing this as I sit here in the drive-through I have waited 28 minutes one time behind two other cars. Find another Cvs location.

This review comes after numerous issues and months of problems with this store. I don’t like to leave negative reviews because let’s face it, retail & dealing with the public is hard but this store is beyond anything I’ve ever experienced. The pharmacy is the worst. They consistently “lose” prescriptions in their computer system. How I don’t know. It happens not only with me but with another member in my household as well. They’ll say they haven’t received anything from the Drs. Office when my Drs will tell me they sent it. There have been times a prescription has been sent 3x! There should NEVER be A need for this. The employees are rude, never want to even help you with a basic question. They act like you are bothering them. I have never seen a store or pharmacy run so poorly. If they are that busy then either hire more employees or the ones who do work here should get out & find other types of employment. If you can’t handle the heat-get out of the kitchen. They tell you there are problems with your insurance and there isn’t. All unnecessary stress for no reason. Who feels like going through all this over and over on a consistent basis especially when you have health issues or you are sick? I moved down here and picked this pharmacy because it was close to my home, I’d rather drive an hour away than to go here! This was the last straw yesterday when yet again they told me to pick up my prescription in 4 hours & after waiting they called & said they were out of the medication! I then had to call other pharmacies to find who had it, then had to make calls to my Drs office to have a new prescription sent to another pharmacy! Hours wasted on the phone with aggravation. I now transferred all my medications out of here! Never again! The other member in my household still has their meds here and we are sitting outside waiting because after three phone calls they said they can’t find her prescription. Now the Dr has to manual call in a new prescription for an eye infection! This is ridiculous! Her meds will soon be transferred out of this store too. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. And of course Rich (the red head everyone is complains about) is as rude as ever. For as young as he is, he needs to find a new job or be trained in Customer Service. He does not belong being a pharmacist!

Yesterday (07/24/2020), I went to this CVS near my house and work. It was 6: 45/7: 00 pm. Nobody was there when I came in. When I was ready to pay, nobody was at the register, so I decided to go to self checkout register. A young man (30’s) was in a small office at the left side of the entrance. I made a mistake at the register, so I called him to help me. He didn’t say hello, I asked him what happened if someone didn’t want to do SCO, he respond “you can call, we’re not going to be standing all day at the register waiting for customers, we have work to do”. I made a mistake again at the register, so I called him again, he didn’t like it. I work at a retail store. Even if the customer made 100 mistakes at SCO, we have to smile and help. I was going to call manager, and tell the manager that I received a bad customer service, but I was in a hurry. Please talk to that guy and he needs to improve his customer service. Thanks

The young, red haired pharmacist at the CVS Pharmacy at Carilon Shopping center in Naples Florida is extremely rude, ruthless and has the worst customer service skills I have ever experienced. It is sad that CVS would hire a person like him to work with sick people. Shame, Shame

I give the Pharmacy ZERO STARS. The Store FIVE STARS. Everytime I go to this pharmacy, there are issues. This time it was for their total lack of communication skills for customer service and inability to do their job. My prescription was filled on the 13th. It was 3x a day for 15 days. That makes it renewable on the 27th. I went on the 28th, I was told to comeback, for a reason that made no sense, something about my insurance. I called my DR and they got an override. Then again on the 29th. This staff, "As in most CVS stores", are Arrogant and unskilled to work with people. My advice is, Stay away from these Ignorant people that run these Pharmacies. Now I have to go back, after a long and aggravating argument on the telephone to pick up my perception that I should have gotten 3 days ago. Go to Costco or Sam's club pharmacy. They are at least polite. Now I will take my own advice and take all my business to Costco.

If you need a pic for your passport don’t go here. Apparently their “camera is broken” and they can’t help you. The clerk said the camera they have takes “yellow pics” and the govt won’t accept them. So why don’t you guys get a new camera? Lousy service and company
