It’s great when you schedule a covid test at 11: 50, get there early and this CVS has no clear direction on which drive thru labe you need to be in. What’s also great the all the automated systems they have which make it hard to talk to a real person. You guys were such a big help tremendously. I thorougly enjoyed waiting to talk to a real person and getting the worse service possible.

Pharmacy should get covid info in check with walk in clinic/vaccination clinic. Just wasted a trip up (20 min drive) and exposing myself and my child bc someone doesnt know what theyre talking about. Wont be back

I love love this pharmacy, it’s been my go to forever. All these nasty comments about being treated poorly, there must be a reason for them getting treated as such. The pharmacy staff goes above and beyond for their customers and I’ve lived it first hand so many times. However, Just today they worked so hard to get my dad his medications on time. The hospital he was discharged from didn’t provide the prescriptions he needed in order to get his medication, there was one very important one he needed for tonight and the pharmacist went above and beyond to get the prescriptions sent to the pharmacy from the hospital even though the people from the hospital were giving her a hard time. After so many phone calls and attempts they finally got through to them and made it possible for my dad to get his medication. They were super friendly and understanding. Shout out the the pharmacist and the other guy that worked along with her tonight, I didn’t get names although I wish I would’ve. I thank god there are still caring people in this world. I highly recommend this pharmacy, if you choose not to over these nasty comments.your loss!

Worst minute clinic. Been here three times and each time was an hour wait. Literally had to knock on the door and she’s sitting in there doing absolutely nothing but fiddling her fingers. No urgency and not even an apology.

Absolutely GARBAGE pharmacy and staff. DO NOT GO TO THIS CVS. Horrendous customer service. Pharmacy staff was extremely incompetent and unwilling to help filling prescriptions on time and does not care about the inconvenience.

I found everyone working in this CVS to be thoughtful and professional.
I highly recommend,

Drive thru always understaffed! Waiting an hour at drive-thru is UNACCEPTABLE. One customer with a problem should have been asked to walk into pharmacy to get help.instead held up line for over an hour! I had to get out of line and go inside to pick up my Rx. GG

Do not go to this cvs for anything covid related. June 1st I scheduled my daughter for a covid test to travel. When we arrived for the appointment I asked the tech at the window if this was a naat covid test which was the required test my daughter needed to travel. The tech asked her supervisor and came back to the window and said no and that I would have to go to labcorp or quest for that type of covid test. After being told this the tech canceled out her appointment and assured me I wouldn't be charged and apologized for the inconvenience. Fast forward to July 9th I receive an email with 2 invoices for the covid test that my daughter never had. Not only was I double charged $139 but my daughter was NEVER swabbed. When I called the number listed they said they would investigate the situation. I was told my daughter was swabbed and they had results for her. How the hell that is possible when a conversation was the only thing had through the drive-thru I will never know. So if its that easy to trump up some fake results to charge people imagine how easy it is for your results not to be accurate or even yours.

Brandon is an amazing employee. He went out of his way to ensure I had a fantastic experience.

Thanks so much, Brandon!

5 cars in drive up Rx line. It took 1 hr.and 20 min.waiting to pick up my prescription. If they are going to test for covid19, then open up the other drive trough for Rx pick ups.
I'm not happy with CVS's testing policy.

This was the worst pharmacy experience of my life. I got out of hospital with my 3 children 6,4, and 7 months old. All sick with fevers, cough, ear infections all miserable. First I called and was told that the antibiotics would take 20 min to call back because they were inline to be filled and to call to check if they were ready. I called in that time frame and that person told me that the rx didnt have a wait time that the rx gets mixed when you arrive by the pharmacist. So I told them I would be there in about 10 min. I got there and there were 2 drive through lines 1 that was marked for covid testing line only and the inside line for rx refill /drop off. There were only 2 cars in line for rx, and about 4 or 5 in the test line. After I got in line about within 10 min a few more cars filled in behind me. I waited in that line for 1 hr and 45 min and I couldnt get out of the line because I was on the inside line and the test line was backed up and I had cars behind me and ahead of me. My 7 month old woke up and I couldnt get out of my car to get her because the store wall prohibited me from opening the door. I called the store 3 times to ask what was the problem was and all 3 times without even being asked if I could hold the girl who answered just said hold and put me immediately on hold. When I finally got up to the window with my kids in tears and my baby screaming the girl asked for the dob of children. I gave it to her before I could say anything she hung up her phone and I didnt see her for 10 more min. When she reapperead she asked if I had any question regarding the rx and I said. "Are you short staffed today because I literally waited in line for 1 hr 45 min? She ignored me and said again do you have any questions regarding the rx? I said again I want to know why I had to wait that long for my rx. She got an attitude and said you could have come in the store, I said no I can not I have 3 children with fever and cough and during a pandemic no one wants you in the store with those symptoms. She said well you could have went through the other line I said no that line said covid testing only and had more cars anyways in it when I arrived and I couldnt get out of line even if I wanted to when I realized the wait was more than 15 min because I was trapped. I said you know what I want to speak to the pharmacist on hand she said they were busy and refused to go get the pharmacist. So I left because my baby was screaming and it wasnt worth argueing with her any longer. The last thing a mom dealing with sick babies needs to feel like it was her fault that you didnt have your drive thru service operating correctly.

I've never had so much trouble with a pharmacy. They've messed up so many times. I've been with CVS at least 20 years and the 901 Woodland is first time I've had so much trouble. Never a problem in CT. Most of the help is rude and can totally ignore you standing there waiting. The drive thru is a total nightmare. I'm going to have to transfer my business to another pharmacy I don't trust CVS anymore. Too many foolish mistakes.

Your Pharmacy staff is so rude. Calling us telling us we have refills then we don't. Try to get information and then you hang the phone up on us we will be taking our prescriptions elsewhere. If you want to work with people you need to learn how to be a little more respectful

The pharmacy has the worse customer service ive ever witnessed. 45 minute hold on the phone, was hung up on, and given an attitude. The pharmacy gave misinformation throughout the day causing the prescription to go unfilled for the day and now they are saying they don't even have the medicine and it didn't come in. Instead of letting me transfer the medicine to another store yesterday they assured me I'd have it this morning. Disorganized. And they don't care for the customers at all. Its like they think we are just there getting candy. Awful service.

Camille in the drive thru is the rudest person I've ever spoke to. I hate my insurance because I have to go get my prescriptions at cvs. Every time I get her and her attitude. Calling corporate after this!
