Drug Store CVS reviews
16 Me negaron entrar al baño estando en funcionamiento
They denied me to enter the bathroom while in operation
Went to the pharmacy with an allergic reaction. They did not care. Recommended Benadryl even though I had took 2 Benadryl pills already.
I had swollen eyes, sneezing, and coughing.
Never coming back again.
Rudest. Pharmacist. Ever. And when I asked for her supervisor lo and behold she was it. What a joke. Never get your prescriptions filled here Unless you wanna feel like an inconvenience.
I don't care for their store layout and signage. I have to do much more walking around to find stuff.
The bathroom is beyond disgusting. There's no way I was gonna take a child in there. I left everything and just went to walgreens. No bathroom should every look like that and the door doesn't lock. Hell I've been to the woods and those bathrooms are cleaner.
I hate this CVS, the workers are the most unprofessional it’s like you’re bothering them for them to do THEIR JOBS! I wish I could have given an half star because honestly an whole star is giving them entirely to much credit. Normally I don’t do reviews, but it was the rolling of the eyes for me
CVS 2353 University Dr. Coral Springs, FL 33065 After many frustrating years, I finally had ALL my prescriptions transferred over to Publix Pharmacy. This CVS has poor customer service. The average hold time to call the pharmacy is 35 minutes, and once they finally answer the phone, they usually disconnect you. They staff is "nice" but management over works them, and cannot handle the prescription volume. There is a risk here for errors on medications being filled. It has happened several times to me. ERRORS on scripts being filled can be extremely DANGEROUS to the patient.
You're not allowed to pay for your purchase at the pharmacy, they would rather you wait in line. Unacceptable
This is the worst pharmacy ever. These people are upset and grumpy from the moment a customer pulls up in the DRIVE thru. Very rude and nasty face expression when talking to customers. I will be calling corporate tomorrow.
This pharmacy is the WORST at answering phones. I wait for over a half hour at times and one employee told my mom that if you're on hold more than 5 minutes, it's best to call back. I had called back 5 times and over a period of 45 min, still can't get anyone!
Worst pharmacy! Always mess up my prescription. Today over an hour trying to reach someone in pharmacy. Call the store to tell pharmacy to pick up phone, still nothing. Finally contacted another CVS store pharmacy picked up right away and I will be going there from now on.
Located on the corner of Royal Palm and University. Customer service not the best and they stay watching you!
One cashier is nice in the store, the rest are rude. If you like using coupons, dont shop at this CVS, they deny half of them. Manager is no help.
Horrible, Horrible Customer Service.
Lets start with I walked in and no one in sight. I had to walk the entire store to fine the 1 employee who was scanning. Surprised no one has robbed this place so isolated. The only 2 employees there must really hate working there cause they were extremely rude, disrespectful and outright nasty. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS CVS.
I called to see if my prescription was ready. For two days the promt told me my prescription was not ready, so I called the pharmacist who said, "Yeah, your prescription has been ready. " Not only was the promt wrong, the person that answered the phone was unapologetic and I never received a phone call to let me know it was ready!
I'm moving my prescriptions back to Publix.
It's cheaper, more professional and organized!
CVS is overpriced and unprofessional.
Customer service at its worst. I needed a prescription for my daughter and once they saw she had state insurance they said they were all out. I spoke to the pharmacy manager Ameeta who was reluctant to help. She started being helpful when I asked for the store number and her name.
