Pharmacy is garbage. I’m self-employed and don’t have a ton of time and as I was running up to the pharmacy they started closing the window and told me to come back later after they saw me running there to get my script. Very disrespectful people and wouldn’t help me for 5 seconds to get my script bc there lunch is more important

All day store, like other stores, so it would be just good for quick emergencies because it is 24HR.

It's always at least a 20 minute wait for prescriptions.even if you've called them in. Thank God my insurance changed! The worst pharmacy ever.

Corporate hire more people! Every time I go there is a poor lone soul doing the job of multiple people. I went to pick up a "premium" photo book, and it was supposed to be done by Saturday. I went today Wednesday to pick it up, it wasn't ready, and it had a bunch of duplicate pages. The line was piling up and the worker which is not at fault obviously had to rush to attend to them.

CSV hire more people so they can properly do their jobs.

Terrible place. Service sucks. Especially Kirsten. Refused to give me the items i had purchased. She cancelled my orders after i had already tried to receive them and then told me to place another order when i havent even received a refund. Just dumb people. Wish i could give zero stars

I was unable to pick up my prescription going through withdrawals. I sent my mom to pick it up. They charged her $298. I have insurance and copay is $250 and I applied for a discount program card with the company that makes the medicine which should give me an additional $150 OFF. I went back after two days, when I felt better and spoke with Tia asking if they had ran my insurance and savings program, she said YES. She also said contact my insurance and see why it was not $250. I called both my insurance and the medical savings program, neither of them was attempted to run my medication. Tia flat out LIED to me and it would have cost me $200 if I listened to her. Very bad customer service. Carrie was exceptional while running both insurance and savings program and I walked out paying $100. Point is, lying is awful and it would have cost me $200, obviously Tia is too busy to care. I will take my medication back to CVS on Okeechobee and Jog.

Horrible Customer Service Skills. I contacted this location to transfer a prescription to another CVS. They don't greet the customer with an hello. The young lady answers the phone, saying please hold. What happen to thanking you for calling CVS or Pharmacy can you please hold? Then, I sat on hold for 27 minutes for someone to discontinue the call. This location doesn't provide good customer service.

I love CVS Their customer service is just impeccable. The pharmacy is very accurate and efficient and most professional. I am so very proud to be a customer of CVS.

From the pharmacy staff to the Pharmacist bad customer service. I just encountered bad customer service at the drive-thru today had to drive off without no service.

I have never had a good experience with the pharmacy at this location. For simple medical questions about prescriptions you will be on hold for over 20 minutes each time you call. Prescriptions that they say are ready is never ready upon pick up. Do not recommend this pharmacy.

I would like to leave a review on the pharmacy. First of all the pharmicist Tom is as nice as to be expected and it seems they don't even get a lunch break. I had problems with my insurance changing and they were patient while I sat in consultation to get it cleared up. Mo was also very patient in dealing with the insurance issue and giving me the direction I needed instead of shoving me off to the side or rushing me off. Once that was taken care of Tom explained that it had fallen down in que due to that hiccup and he couldnt say when it would be ready and I had to respect his honesty and assertion. Turn around because I got a text it was ready but it was wrong in the system. He didnt hesitate, fuss, or argue. He handled it inmediately. Overall. They work really hard and dont get enough credit for that. People literally in their face all day. Even getting paid to do that is a bit much. Keep it up. Its pharmacist & techs like them why I just stay with this specific CVS.

This CVS Pharmacy is the worst. After having surgery my husband went to drop off prescription. They said it would be ready at 3: 00 p.m which would have been in 20- 39 minutes. It wasn't until about to 2 hours later. I told my husband I believe I had some meds already there. The employee didn't check, she told
my husband I had NO prescription. Didn't get her name. My husband said she had an accent. Well, he asked someone else, they checked and there it was.

On another occasion I had gone through the drive-thru and there was a woman getting a covid test it was a young African-American young man waiting on customers. He was having a conversation with her and so I moved to the next drive-thru window and I push the call button and he never answered he just kept having a conversation with her. So unprofessional. They need to get someone who works to drive through who can multitask. Several several CVS customers waiting on prescriptions I would say about three customers drove off because this guy was having a personal conversation that should not be. So I give CVS a one star it's not the pharmacist fault it's the people that work with the pharmacist.

Very bad customer service at drive thru. The voice com was not good so we couldn’t hear better. The guy who was helping us just didn’t try to explain again on what to do but sent another spanish speaking girl. She then started yelling in Spanish which we don’t understand at all. Then she yelled and yelled and we finally got done.

This pharmacy puts everything on hold, regardless if it’s a new script or a refill, and then makes you wait over an hour for them to fill it. On top of that, they severely lack in customer service skills and basic kindness.
