CVS, Tallahassee FL

Got there at 1: 29 to pick up a prescription. I was behind a lady who was being check out. I was shut off because they are closed for lunch break at "1: 30". Yet I'm the only one in line. 10/10 Customer Service

The pharmacy is completely rude. I got turned away with a prescription because I wasn’t a patient of that specific locations CVS, even though they have the medication in stock and I’m a member of CVS. It’s absolutely ridiculous.

Never had a good experience. Called today to ask about a prescription and couldn’t even finish my sentence before the rude person at the pharmacy cut me off to tell me they don’t have it and wouldn’t even let me finish asking my questions. Horrible. Every single time I have to deal these people they’re the most unprofessional and careless jerks. For as long as the store has been standing. Like it’s a qualification for being employed there.

30min wait in the drive through pick up for a prescription that I was told was ready before I arrived.
The employees are too busy texting on their phones to care.

Unbelievably rude and incompetent pharmacy! Was there just before they were opening back up from lunch listening to them all bad mouth customers, I had just left the hospital and when the filled my prescription they not only gave wrong quantity, they gave wrong dosage! When I asked I got the old eye roll and they supposedly went back and re did the prescription to be right. Nope! All they did was re word the prescription and basically shorted me on my medicine using a smaller dosage! Unbelievable, who hired the people in this pharmacy? I do not recommend and as a person who has to take multiple medications for the rest of his life, I will be switching all of them to a different pharmacy!

Got the flu vaccine here. It’s convenient. But protocol is to not only verify the patient but the vaccine type/name/purpose. They administer a lot of different ones at this location. When I asked for clarification the pharmacy or immunization tech acted insulted and condescending. I’m not out to hurt feelings…just uphold patient safety, especially my own. There are also major contraindications for some injections. Might need retraining and emphasis. The guy was also late…without any sorry.

Store is fine.

Pharmacy will operate like a labyrinth, especially if you want to pick up a prescription after your doctor’s “business” hours. The pharmacists will want to call your doctor to ask “a question”. If you want your prescription filled, just wait until another CVS opens in the morning.

Everybody's that works there is so great they are all willing to help you get what you need I highly recommend going there.

Very rude overnight Chinese pharmacist has no idea how to fill a prescription or run insurance cards gave me some bogus story not sure what’s wrong with that guy but he needs help

After 2 hour wait at Miccosukee and CC NE CVS and them CLOSING THE PHARMACY while im waiting with a super sick Strep and RSV + two year old for antibiotics that were sent directly from the hospital to pharm, panicked I run to Kerry Forrest CVS who seen I was distressed and had antibiotics filled in 15 mins. Kerry Forest CVS, thank you!

Why do you all have the pharmacist closing without a Pharm. Tech? Tech said Rx will be ready in 15 minutes, now the pharmacist wants an additional 20 minutes. It’s too late for all the back/forth and lose the attitude. I didn’t have an attitude. It’s not my fault y’all short staffed, should’ve Prepared The Others.

Extremely rude pharmacy staff. These mental giants also shorted my wife 8 pills for a medicine and on the most recent occasion gave my wife a different perscription than what the doctor ordered. When she went back they said oh you would have been fine taking this. All the bad reviews and what people say about this pharmacy are true. Find a different pharmacy and thank me later.

It has a wide variety of medications, make up, food, candy and stuff.
The prices are much higher than Walmart but you can get in and out faster.

The Pharmacy Manager Allen Weber is rude and unprofessional. Thinks he is hot stuff. I had a prescription transferred to "His Store" from my regular CVS which I had already paid for but couldn't get to them in time before they closed. This was reccommended as a solution by my regular pharmacist since KF open 24hrs
Mr Weber wasn't having it. Tried to charge me 5x more than I had already paid.refused to even look at my receipt. Told me "this is how its gonna be"
Said I had not paid at "His Store". I said sir I paid CVS already.
Clearly this clown is a med school reject. Go to Publix where they treat you like a real person with a healthcare issue.

Just doesn't seem to matter who is working that day, there is some issue EVERY SINGLE TIME.

It’s ok. Overpriced on most things and have no photo center. Many things were out of stock. Maybe because of COVID. I’m not sure.

Worst pharmacy and store experience. Pharmacy inept and store “manager” is completely unprofessional.

I’ve been going here for years and it’s a struggle each time to refill. I’ve been more than patient but its they can never get their prescription orders right.
