CVS, Gainesville FL

I asked to confirm the address of the location multiple times with the pharmacy staff and they confirmed that the address was correct. Unfortunately the address was incorrect even though they told me that I had the correct address. I am very displeased, and doubt I will use cvs as my pharmacy again.

Dee, the guy at the register, greeted us as we walked in and was very helpful for price checks. Found exactly what we needed. The store has a clean bathroom as well so that was convenient. Haven't used the pharmacy here so can't comment on their service.
We used self-checkout and it worked without a hitch. Thanks ️

I was discharged from a free standing ER, with 3 prescriptions,
Common meds, for respiratory infections.
These were to keep me, (out of the hospital), after 3 different CVS locations here In Gainesville,
We are left without two meds (proventil and medrol dose pack), and a bunch of excuses.
Shame on you CVS.
I will pray none of you end up in my hospital sick.

The pharmacy staff are the rudest most incompetent people I have ever had to deal with. They never have your prescription ready on time, tell you erroneous information and hang up on you when you have questions. Unbelievable that these people are getting away with this behavior.

Have never had issues. Everyone has bad days, but I wait less here than anywhere else! Nice and helpful staff!

Never to rarely allow cash back, even though they partner officially and are listed banks and credit unions. Pharmacy doesnt even acknowledge you for several minutes every time.

Waited and waited at the register after ringing the bell and no employees came to help me. They were hanging out in the parking lot and offered no apology when they finally came in. Fabrizio was super unprofessional.

The pharmacy here used to be one of the worst customer services in the area. Isabel is just the greatest. She went above and beyond what any other head pharmacist has done. I highly recommend this pharmacy now. Thank you Isabel!

The lady at the pharmacy was incredibly rude and inconsiderate. Waited 25 minutes in line and could not even help me. Will never be going back

I have never had a worse experience at a pharmacy than this one. Almost all of the pharmacy techs I have encountered at this CVS are horribly rude and don’t listen to your concerns. After almost three years of being patient and understanding, I am deciding to leave this pharmacy for Walgreens.

Rude pharmacy tech assumed my diagnosis and stated it out loud as an explanation for keeping my prescriptions together. She made me extremely uncomfortable and I switched pharmacies immediately.

In the pharmacy they try hard but they are awfully understaffed. Edited: This is the worse and saddest excuse for a pharmacy ever. The staff is either stupid as hell or just plain don’t care.

This is the ABSOLUTE WORSE PHARMACY I HAVE EVERRRRRRRRRRR BEEN TO. IT TAKES THEM ****DAYYYYS**** TO FILL A PRESCRIPTION.

Worst place ever.pharmacist have the worst attitude ever.they act like you are bothering them when in reality i just need my insullin.
