I have become a Care member and find it very helpful & handy for discounts on my purchases. All store associates are always helpful in answering questions and finding products.
Keep up the good work!

My primary care physician decided to prescribe me a medication for the first time in my life and I decided to have it sent to this cvs because this location is close to home. When I arrived to pick it up the prescription the head pharmacist decided to deny me my medication because she didn't feel like my doctor qas correct by prescribing it ti me.yes.a pharmacist.not a doctor.decided for me what i needeed. I decided to call corporateand the were beyond embarrassed for her actions. Do not go to this cvs. Beware

I came here the other day for a new diabetes test kit: sounds like a simple and quick trip to CVS, right? Far from it.

I don't usually go to CVS for medical supplies and the like, so I decided to ask someone who worked there who appeared to be a manager of sorts by the name of Nasser. He immediately suggested I would most likely need a prescription, and even pointed to a A1C Home Test Kit, not a glucose meter. It was clear Nasser has absolutely no clue what he was speaking about.

Considering he wasn't a manager, and I already knew exactly what I needed, it wasn't much of a concern. My gripe with him was when he started pushing some sort of credit card, which I kindly declined several times, and explained to him I had no issue paying the $30 for a test kit.

Eventually, I had to take a stern tone with him and be adamant about the fact that I had no interest in signing up for any sort of membership, regardless of how easy it was to cancel (as he explained many times).

Needless to say, becoming a salesman isn't in Nasser's near future, and I won't be coming here again.

Hello everyone, Yesterday Humana ordered a prescription be put in at CVS at 2480 PGA Blvd for my wife. The prescription was put in at 11: 38am. My wife waited all day for cvs to call her letting her know her prescription was ready. At 6pm my wife went to the pharmacy and they told her she had NO order there. My wife called Humana and the said they have a confirmation number. All of a sudden they found the order, then told her to come back in an hour. Anyway, my wife didn't get her medication until 8pm. My wife is disabled and needed her medication and they didn't care.

I have never waited less than 30-40 min to pick up a prescription, very understaffed is an understatement. I am always late to work.

Also, phone lines are busy and not attended. Ensure you do not have any questions or concerns regarding your prescription/health.

The pharmacist Brooke took over an hour to “fill” my perception, while I waited patiently… And by “fill” I mean put a prepackaged box into a bag. She did not seem to take my situation seriously because I am in my 30s. Everyone who came in after me with new prescriptions, who were in the 50-70s, she filled immediately. She waited until after I checked out to let me know she would not fill 2 prescriptions the dr ordered because like types can be purchased OTC, which is fine, but she could have let me know in the hour I was waiting so I could have grabbed them. I would give 1 star but the front staff is great and I hate for them to miss out because the pharmacist is unprofessional.

Provide clear instructions that your clinic does not do PCR testing.

The CVS portal has only lab testing or immediate result options available. It does not list what type of tests. All tests involve "labs".

We can do the antigen testing at home, so save everyone some time.

Can’t tell you how many times they violated my HIPPA (Healthcare privacy Act) every time they literally yell my name and date of birth and what medication I’m on so get everyone around me can hear.it’s insanely embarrassing. I should report them. It’s also insane how in in self aware they are. How dare you say my name date of birth and what meds I’m picking up loud as you can.

Staff super. I think they are the best and they try real hard! Thank you!

Topic: Line to the pharmacy
Really scary way they have the line to the pharmacy. They route you straight down the snotty nose cold stuff isle which is very narrow. I literally had a guy squeeze next to me coughing wheezing and grabbing a item next to me by my knees. I really hope CVS gets this message because it's gross. It is very dangerous.
Suggestion: They have a large open area directly east on that area. Yes direct line is shorter, but that is not the point.

Horrible, I waited an hour for my prescription when they told it it would only be 10-15 min. They kept saying they would call me over head when it was ready. I never received any notification that it was ready and when I ask why they didn’t seem to care. If I treated my customers this way at my job I would get talked to but I guess Cvs doesn’t seem to care to much about their customers.
