13We should give these people a break. They work hard, and are short staffed. CVS as a Company shorts every store in the Pharmacy. On 9/15 2023, my doctor sent in a prescription for a Sugar meter and what I needed to check my sugar. After a month, CVS finally took it on and got me the proper equipment for the job THANKYOU, THANKYOU.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Have tried to use both cvs on state road 70 multiple times over the years. Half the time they claim they never received prescriptions sent by doctor, other half of the time they don’t have the medicines in stock. Don’t go to cvs. Ever.
I recommend this CVS 100%. Grace the store manager not only helped me to find the N95 masks but she took the time to clarify my questions. Thank you son much!
I was very impressed with how Katrina (store manager) help us out. She went beyond expectations to help us out. Tried to contact other stores to find antiacid liquid for my baby, because was out of stock everywhere. Long time I don’t find such a customer focused skilled person. Thank you Katrina. Fantastic experience getting my booster and flu shot. Susie in the pharmacy was great - didn’t feel the shots at all!
Went this location to get focus booster. All employees showing their nose sone no mask at all… if you don’t care COVID, why giving shots? !
Went to CVS Pharmacy, for Flu Vaccine. Told I was 4th in line. Yet there was no one waiting. Need to Triage patients more efficiently. So I left.
I just moved, here less than a week, I called the Pharmacy and spoke to an associate about my move and needing some refills, she was super nice, attentive, professional and assured me there would be no issue filling my prescriptions even though I moved from Maryland.and she was right! Within 2 hours I had text alerts that they were ready even though I said I’d pick them up the following day!
Waited 25 minutes for prescription pickup in the drive thru because someone was being Covid tested. Had I been told about the delay, I would have come back later. Already had my debit card so I couldn't leave! Poor customer customer service!
CVS pharmacy has always been a part of my health care team. My prescriptions have been transferred from out of state for the winter & CVS is on the Ball!

How about letting people know that covid-19 testing can only be done through the drive thru in advance before making us waste our time?
They never have the prescription ready even if you call 4 hours in advance they will wait until you get there to push it through making you wait another 10 minutes. Always understaffed and way behind. Drive-thru customers are served last even if they were there before the in-store customers. Very poorly managed.
