11Hey, guys, you know been going to that CVS for over 4 or 5 years. I love the staff, and I miss the ones that have moved on, I hope that the customers, as well as their bosses, are treating them well because they deserve it. #agava
It’s crazy how you can have a horrible experience at one CVS and the opposite at another. I’ve gone to this one a few times now and the employees are much nicer. I had to read the name tag of “Chris” who was very calm and patient with the customer ahead of me who was frustrated with the machine and issues with prices. He handled it professionally, unlike other CVS locations.
All the pharmacy staff is very nasty and rude and slow. I always wait in line for atleast an hour.this is the worst cvs ever.then they can never find my medicine.
Staff seem friendly enough until you go to pharmacy. They seem to not want to be there, they dont seem to care, and I understand they have a lot to do, but they take their time doing it. But because of the staff in the front, I give 3 stars
Waited for an hour to get COVID-19 test. I filled up all the info before going there. They said they are not there. I complained to the manager. Manager gave some lame excuses.staff seems does not know what he is doing.
Do not go to this CVS.
The pharmacy lady named Vanessa was very unprofessional and horrible customer service I was walking she called told her I will speak when I get in. Then I was standing in line behind a couple while this other lady was no where in line. I walk up bc I was next and she rudely tells me to move and let her help this other lady. I am so upset how it work.
If i could give them none i would. Never had a harder time filling a prescription. Called tge pharmacy 6x today waiting 20 plus minutesat a time for no one to answer or to be disconnected.
Waited an hour to get a covid test. No regard for anyone’s time. I had an appointment directly after and couldn’t make it. This appointment was to check my on my baby. Im in the first trimester and had to take a test to attend an event. An hour wait is ridiculous.
Getting a little sketchy. Signage is out, parking lot dirty. Bathroom disgusting and doors hard to open.
Shelves are getting low on merchandise.
Not sure what the game plan is but makes me want to do more online shopping.
Waiting in the drive-thru line for over 30 minutes while they fill multiple prescriptions for the car in front of me is unacceptable. There is a sign clearly posted that says "As a courtesy to others, we are not able to fill prescriptions while you wait at the drive-thru. " Yet here we are 30 minutes later and I will not be returning to this or any CVS because I've had similarly bad experiences at more than one other CVS locations. This is an absolutely horrible experience.
Only reason I use CVS is due to work insurance. Pharmacy is usually understaffed and a few of the staff are generally indifferent and seem uncaring. I'm sure due to stress and dealing with so many people. Service gets continually worse as time goes by it seems. Always a long wait whether in store or drive through. They actually gave me someone else's medications one time and I didnt notice till I got home.now I always check before leaving. Today I had three prescriptions sent to them at 10: 30 in the morning.at 2: 30 in the afternoon no text to pick up. I call and ask if they can tell me approximately when they will be ready for pickup and the girl tells me they are working on them. I let her know its been three hours and would just like an estimate of when they will be ready. She tells me they will text me when ready for pickup. I know this.again I ask. Yes I know that. Im asking for a timeframe of when they will be available for pickup.she just tells me she's not sure.
