Drug Store CVS reviews
7I cannot EVER get through on the phone. I was on hold for 5 minutes and then was hung up on. I called back and waiting 15 minutes on hold and then gave up, VERY frustrating
I always get outstanding service at this CVS. While they are busy their staff and team are positive and share information. Always anxious to help. 5 stars for outstanding staff and service from front cashiers to pharmacy.
Do not use minute med worst experience of my life, the so called nurse was an idiot was a waste of time and money do not attempt to use this service for any kind of help
Some of the cashier's are rude and act like it's a bother to help you.
Terri is a delight! Always so helpful and friendly. She makes my checkout experience quick and pleasant. Very knowledgeable of the store and products available. I will continue to visit this CVS!
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They always have what I need or want for my personal care products. The pharmacy has a fast turn around time and is always stocked with my medications
We should have been made aware that COVID-19 testing was being done in the same drive-thru that we pick up prescriptions from. COVID-19 is a concern for everyone now and though it's great that this location has drive thru testing available I wasn't happy with it being done at the regular pick up window. It should be elsewhere on the property. Was there to pick up a prescription needed right away for an immunocompromised family member that was in the car. Thankfully we had our N95 masks but what about folks that might be caught off guard? When you pull into the line it isn't clear that you may be about to risk contracting the virus from the person in front of you who has to get out of their car to finish the steps needed.
