CVS, Belleview FL

This is by far the worst experience I’ve had with a pharmacy ever, I have a 6 month that has been needing this eye cream and every time I call and ask if they have got it in they are super rude over the phone, I called today at 10: 32am and spoke with a man and asked if they got it in and he instantly said no I don’t have it and hung up on me? ! I will never be visiting this cvs or do business with them again!

Well, I’m going into healthcare. It surprises me of how many other people that are actually in healthcare that literally hate customer service. If you work at a place that you have to use customer service skills and you hate customer service sounds like you need a new line of work.the pharmacist and tech are THE most disrespectful and rude people I’ve ever met you should just not even a have a job or being customer service.
The pharmacist with glasses (Asian) and little older lady who’s a tech need a new job and are so disrespectful. I’ve never been treated badly ever at a CVS I’d rather wait and drive an hour to get my prescriptions

Sue is absolutely wonderful! Great customer service, and very helpful with finding coupons that apply to the products that are being purchased. Thank you, Sue!

Wonderful shopping experience. Very friendly atmosphere. Sales associate was extremely helpful. Prices were very reasonable. Store was clean and well stocked and organized.

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. Absolutely no ounce of customer service or bed side manor. All are extremely rude and think they're better then their patients. I've tried going back for my 5th time now to give them the benefit of the doubt but they continue to screw up my prescription, never have it ready when they say, give me the wrong prescription and are just unpleasant people. Will not be back. High recommend choosing a different pharmacy. Maybe it will benefit them bc they obviously can keep up with the high volume of customers. Horrible

The pharmacy has no lack professionalism or customer service. There is a lack of communication with the patients. They also lie and say it’s policy when CVS corporate office states there is nothing in writing of what they say. Save yourself the trouble go to a different store not the one in Belleview.

This pharmacy does not answer their phone and it is hard to get a hold of a person and an emergency situation it's impossible I would give it zero Stars if I could

Manager Patrick has really bad customer service skills. He came off very rude. He talks to you like your ignorant when he repeats hisself. I understood you the first time and when you repeat yourself it makes me feel that you rehearsed those lines. If you don’t know something, just say you don’t know. Corporate needs to send someone in to retrain you how to talk to customers.

Manager Patrick has cero public relations skills
What a rude and unprofessional manager.
They have an automatic cashier, and the female cashier
Who was there today January 5 2022 at 3;00 pm, stayed behind me while I was putting my drinks in the bag, and she checked my bag and touched my drinks during a pandemic.
I went and complained to unprofessional Patrick and he told me they are allowed to check bags and touch the items. No they are not allowed, I was informed by corporate. The only time they can check is, if there is a malfunction with automatic cashier because they have weights and are very sensitive. Anyway there is not sign, that say they can stay behind customers as they were criminals. Manager Patrick and the female cashier are reported.
Please don’t go to this pharmacy, if you want to be treated with decency. Even the pharmacist’s are a mess.

I see why this store has 2.7 stars! When you give a customer a time that their RX will be ready, it should be ready at that time. Why would you even give a specific time if you're going to wait until the customer gets to the store to even start processing the order? That makes absolutely no sense especially since they had the order for almost a week in advance! Sorry service!

Need to change the name number to the front of the store because everything goes to the pharmacy and on Sunday if they don’t open until nine

God awful customer service. The 2 people working there have zero work ethic. Sunshine drug across the street is 100% better

The worst customer service ever. Sat on hold for over 30 minutes then went to the location in person and waited another 30 minutes. Three people working and none of them can multi task.

They need to get things straight. My son needs a medication every month got promise it was going to be order every month. Guess what!? Every month is a nightmare They never have his meds which are very serious meds for his condition and I always end up going to a 20 mins away CVS to get it done. When I am 1 min from this CVS. Poor pharmacy management

Great pharmacy staff. Great front of store staff. I havent had a bad experance at this store.
