Drug Store CVS reviews
15Paul Cross will have you to believe his rudeness and accusatory behaviors are acceptable customer service protocols for CVS he is also sadly mistaken when he informs you that he has no general, regional or direct supervisor.
I am from Germany and wanted to buy two sunmilks where one is half price. It's already been very expensive. But with the deal it would have been ok. At the payment we were paid by a super unfriendly cashier who was very arrogant and cheeky. She served us today June 29th at 13: 40. She wanted a phone number which we gave her, she wanted another one which we didn't have and asked if we could just pay please. The employee then reacted very annoyed and refused us the discount, which is an absolute cheek. We're never going there again. And as a tourist you are very disappointed by something like that!
2022 My previous reviews were not great. But things are looking up. Phones are being answered. People are super helpful and kind. They’ve really improved tremendously. It’s now a very pleasant experience to go in there. Thank you!
The manager of this store went above and beyond when they found a friend's wallet and sent it back to Virginia with all the contents in tact. That says a lot about the manager and his staff. Honest and trustworthy. You don't see that a whole lot lately! Good job!
We have lived here on the island for over 26 years and have for the past year discontinued shopping at this CVS Location my wife experienced several rude clerks etc to many places to spend your money don't need a hassle when you are spending your hard earned money
The staff had to be asked several times to call to approve our insurance. They were understaffed and looked unhappy
There was a nice young man working here, however, a woman named Michele was very condescending and rude when my party asked questions about products there. She treated us like absolute imbeciles, and I'm personally not easily offended. The store itself had lots of options.
They don't answer the phone. I was waiting for them to answer for an hour. I need to reach the pharmacy. However, my doctor called and left a message and they got my meds filled and they were available in the morning.
This is the second time we went there in two days. The staff, including the pharmacist were helpful. The pharmacist was to the point, informative, and gave genuine advice about my kid's sunburn treatment.
These people don't answer phone, are rude, and hang up after waiting for 15 minutes and have to call in again and wait. Prescription was out of stock and was never notified it came in stock had to figure it out myself.
CVS is a joke. 1/2 an ounce of foot creme is $8. CVS is out of its mind, charging so high, for so little. It should be $3. Their price is ridiculous. Never Again!
Our familial medication needs have not been tended to properly more than once. There has been no answer or voicemail for 2 days. After 16 minutes on hold I needed to hang up and transfer to a whole other pharmacy company because San Carlos Blvd CVS didn't answer their phones/ had no voicemail either.
I understand staffing issues in this difficult time however pharmacies should be fully ramped up.
If you are concerned for your health and medications be cautious and vigilant when using this store and the CVS chain overall.
Can’t say enough good things about the pharmacist at CVS. He got my inhaler in an hour and a half and actually got a discount on it for me. Walmart had been trying to get it for over a week and couldn’t get my insurance to take. This place is amazing! Thank you so much CVS ROCKS
With the exception of one gal who doesn't work there anymore, everyone in the pharmacy seems stressed and like it is a real bother to have to assist their customers.
Decent selection, but prices are more than you’d find elsewhere on island. The memory cards were around 4x the price you’d find at stores in Fort Myers. Employees weren’t too eager to help. Had to use a self checkout instead.
