Please be aware of a service CVS is providing to save its valid customers $10 immediately on your visit. There is a monthly recurring charge and if you don’t want your card to be charged do not accept. I got scammed into it and still can’t tell what the monthly fee will be.

THE CVS ON DIXIE HWY IN CORAL GABLES, FLORIDA, IS THE BEST CVS I HAVE VISITED. IT OFFERS MANY AND A GREAT VARIEITY OF ITEMS/PRODUCTS TO THE CUSTOMER; IT IS VERY WELL STOCKED. THE STAFF IS VERY WELCOMING, HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. THE YOUNG MAN WHO HELPED ME AT THE SELF SERVICE CHECK OUT WAS COURTEOUS, RESPECTFUL, HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. IT IS A PLEASURE TO SHOP AT THE CVS ON DIXIE HWY.

I work in this area and have been stopping almost every night for years.i care my elderly parents and my husbands elderly parents as well. Some nights they need something or I do or I just go to buy anything. Just to have some free time. Lately every time I go to the self check out an employee the same and only lady appears within 5 seconds. Did I do something? It’s every night. Why not just ring ppl up the old fashion way. It’s made me so uncomfortable tonight and that I said something to her today. I asked her why is it that every time I get near the check out she appears. It’s like something basar. Like she’s behind the wall waiting. She said she’s there to help. I don’t know what she’s there for. I can not shop in peace known there is a lady just waiting for me. Just stand behind the counter and do your job than. There was another young girl there before. She was always around to help and would watch the self check out but not like this lady that is watching you to see when your coming. This is just unexceptional. I’m almost 50 years old and to go shop and cvs and be haunted by one of your employees. Please either ring up customers as the register. Or get a real security. Being that every time you get near the self check out a lady just shows up as if she has been watching you the entire time is unexceptional. I have never seen this before at any cvs.

Karen Borjas es la peor store manager! Mal educada, no recibe con educación a los clientes, she is so rude with everyone! Le grita y maltrata a sus empleados! Tiene muchas quejas y no hacen nada!

They close for lunch at 1: 30, I thought it was just the pharmacy but they were announcing we all had to get out. They force you to use those awful self-pay machines. It had a lot of weird extra questions like “round up” that I needed assistance. Not returning, will go to stores with cashiers getting paid for a job well done.

don’t know where they think they are at but they don’t know how to work with people they should work in a quarry with rocks!

NANCY at the pharmacy is the worst! Super rude and unprofessional. I have escalated this situation to cvs corporate. Hopefully they will take care of this. It’s unbelievable how someone with an attitude like hers it’s still working there!

Very poor experience. The employees all look like they do not want to be here and will not pay attention to their customers unless it is to harass black customers. It was very unsettling watching employees who otherwise do not care, on their phones and barely looking twice at their customers suddenly be extremely interested the moment a black customer walks in, even actively following them around the store making theses customers visibly uncomfortable. I am absolutely disgusted by the strong racial profiling by employees and see this encouraged by management. I cannot recommend this store to anyone, black, white, or otherwise. Go somewhere else if you're able to because this place does not deserve your business.

Absolutely horrible service. I have documented my complaint with CVS Customer Service for their incompetent cashier and loser clerk standing at the door and not attending to my request.

The manager is the rudest woman ever. I see her everyday following black kids around. FIRE HER! ALSO, she banned my child because she was “stealing”. The managers name is Karen Borajas. (or smth like that) avoid that store at all cost. And if they do fire her make the nice black lady the manager. #avoidkarenborajas

The cashier is very rude and made a loud scene… said I claimed she was a liar… she needs a lesson in customer service.had my Rx transferred to another CVS. Won’t go back to this one!

They don't disclose that they are closed for an hour lunch anywhere on Google, on their own website, or via text. I went out of my way to get my prescription during my lunch break which happened to also be theirs. I was shocked to find a paper sign taped to the desk saying that they were closed for lunch as well as a line of angry customers also waiting around. In my line of work, everyone has to take a staggered lunch so the office remains open. I don't understand how an entire pharmacy closes for an hour during the day and they don't advertise it to their customers.

The MANAGER IS SO RUDE.
1) She did not say good night at the entrance.
2) Pointing with the finger: " Go to the self machine" (excuse me? PLEASE.
MISS OR MRS OR MISTER, WOULD YOU PLEASE GO TO USE THE SELF).
She looks ANGRY was Incomfortable to shopping there today! MACHINE? THIS IS THE RIGHT WAY.

Literally the worst pharmacy I've ever been to, by far. Regularly wait 15-30 minutes on the phone, and I have to call every single time my prescription is supposed to be refilled because they never have enough of my medication in stock and will put my prescription on hold and never fill it. Also, each time I call, the person interrupts me to continually tell me things I already know and won't listen to what I'm saying so it takes way longer than it needs to. If all that wasn't enough to make you think twice about going here, the icing on the cake is that the last time i picked up my prescription, they gave me 30 pills instead of 60, and when I went back and got them to fix it, I got back and counted and there was only 57. I'm so over the bad service and borderline condescending staff at this pharmacy, the only reason I still stayed this long is because it's so close.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I am a physician and I was placed on 20 minute holds TWICE while trying to call in a prescription. When I called back a third time to complain, the pharmacy staff was extremely rude and just said "well we are busy with vaccines. " AVOID THIS LOCATION.
