Drug Store CVS reviews
15If you love waiting while you’re the only customer and the three employees chat, then this is the place for you! I promptly transferred to another pharmacy.
Extremely upset with the events surrounding a PCR Covid Test. The employee that handled our PCR Test AND the website said results within 24hrs.had to call the Minute Clinic when the results hadn't come in after nearly 30hrs had elapsed. Test was for travel and couldn't be done more than 48hrs prior to flight. The "less than polite" individual dismissed my concerns and refused to escalate the issue. Soooooo done with CVS. I will now go out of my way to avoid them!
Wish I got her name. Very rude giving me the run around for 2 days. Won't give me my meds. No even paying cash. And LIED TO ME told me I have no insurance which I do yesterday but today told me they don't accept humana. Called the other cvs and YES THEY DO ACCEPT MY HUMANA! I'll get your job lady
Absolute trash! Dom talked about some sort of corporate policy where they couldn't return items without packaging. I went ahead and took it to another CVS had absolutely no problem taking care of the return this one is just trash. No skin off my nose because when I got done I walked across the street and bought one from Walgreens. I will never go back to cvs! The best part about the whole situation is when corporate called me back about my complaint they said the policy is not the way that he stated it and he could have returned it, he just chose to be difficult. When I told her I will never go back to CVS she was ill concerned.
When I went to get my prescription I got yelled at. The employees always look horrible in their uniforms.
Terrible pharmacy service. Technicians do not complete requests for refills, do not call the patient when there is a problem, and then lie about it to the patient.
I gave them the benefit of the doubt despite the negative reviews and sure and behold this pharmacy is terrible. They messed up my order and I and still fighting with them to fix it.
Waited 40 minutes for a non covid vaccine and they acted like I was a major inconvenience rather than a customer. While I was there I witnessed them tasting other customers the same way. I was shocked at how annoyed the pharmacy staff seemed to be with everyone.
If you don't want to provide a service then don't offer or advertise it.
I recently transferred from Publix pharmacy to CVS for convenience. I've found they are soooo rude. Even hung up on me for a simple question I guess back to Publix where I'm treated with respect. CVS get it together
Just visited CVS in Zephyrhills and Barbara and Jackie are extremely unprofessional. And completely incompetent at their job. I have purchased many prescriptions and never seen inadequacies like they have.
I am a patient and kind person. I have found this store to be good, and the people who work there helpful every time! They are a busy store due to all the Northern visitors, which increases their workload during the seasonal visits. I appreciate the convenience and it's location!
This is the worst Pharmacy in town. 90% of the time they either don't have the medication in stock or it takes them 2 hours to fill a prescription it used to be that you could wait 15 minutes and have your prescription ready and then they text you that your prescription is ready you come all the way to the pharmacy and it's not ready they can't explain the phantom text message if my insurance company did not require me to use this BS Pharmacy I would not touch it with a ten-foot pole.
I had to give them a rating because this app would not let me post.
I have been on hold for 25 min waiting to speak to the Pharmacy. This is not the first time: - (. I have transferred my prescriptions to Publix, but my husband is still having his filled at CVS - Coats Rd and 54.29 minutes later, they answer the phone. WOW!
I used the drive thru for rx pickup. In the other lane is COVID 19 testing. I was waiting in line with my driver's side window down. I look over and the gentleman waiting for COVID 29 testing has all of his windows down. I immediately put my mask on when I realized it. I was afraid to say anything. The CVS employee should have said something. People need to stop and think. I'm high risk and only go out when necessary.
It's always a breath of fresh air when I walk into the store there's always smiling faces greeting you! The store is always decorated so nice around the holidays kudos to whoever is behind that, the home health department is superb it always has everything I need for my elderly grandparents. The store manager is always so cheerful and eager to help and will go above and beyond to make sure you're happy with your visit the covid guidelines are implemented very well I definitely feel safe coming into this store!
