This location need to train your workers in the pharmacy customer service. There service is very poor. Their attitude is very unprofessional.

2 1/2 years I have been dealing with the most incompetent Pharmacists and techs in my 61 years of life.
DO NOT go to this location save your frustration for something else.
I have NEVER been here without a problem… some of the rudest people ever dealt with and I’ve been in the Bar Restaurant business since I was a kid.
They have lost prescriptions taken up to 10 days to fill quite a few. I have several conditions which require daily medicines to function that I can’t be without for 10 days.
I could keep going but not worth my time. I have to find a new pharmacy biggest problem is calling 8 doctors offices noticing them of a new place

They did not have an ophthalmic antibiotic in stock. Made us come back later in the day after giving 1 of 2 prescriptions. When we came back, they said that it was out of stock and to come back tomorrow. It is for an infection, they should have transferred the script to a pharmacy that had it in stock.

Even know sometimes it could be a wait at pharmacy dept because of Covid testing! The employees there are so Helpful!

I was in the E. R. Last night and they faxed 3 prescriptions to CVS at 4511 Lantana Rd, I called around 10: 20 am and it said I had 3 prescriptions in process, I went by around 12 pm to pick up my medication and they told me that they were being processed and they would be ready in 1 hour, so I went at 3 pm just to be told that they were in process and it would be another hour. This is very sad and unacceptable because I'm in a lot of pain, I will be switching pharmacies, no doubt about that one.

This location is filthy inside and out the service in the drive thru disgusting. From employee rudeness to breaking HIPAA laws as (example I witnessed personally being on hold while mic is wide open for over 15 minutes) with no regard to your personal information being shared … there is absolutely no customer care or regard to filling your prescription in a reasonable time. They over use the robotic automated phone calls to inform you of what is ready then not ready when you arrive…… ex: a prescription called in four days ago and necessary is out of stock yet you find this out as you sit at the drive up window… associates then become extremely rude to you, as you leave they cram.your debit card and prescriptions in the plastic basket with … no thank you, zero professionalism, this CVS location screams of violations both for safety and cleanliness. It speaks volumes on lack of management… employee training, This Military & Lantana Rd has been reported for breaking HIPAA laws.
The most undesirable, dangerous CVS location in the county.

Bad customer service! Have to wait over a week to get meds refilled. I keep getting the run around to fill my meds. Even, though I have good insurance. It just doesn't make sense! Always run out of meds & in Lots of Pain before they get around to filling meds. This location use to have the best people who cared about others. However, this new crew could care less! Don't go here to fill your meds unless you want to be mistreated & wait weeks for meds! CVS, wake up & start caring about your pharmacy customers. THEIR LIVES DEPEND ON IT!

Worst pharmacy around. I’ve been using pharmacies since I was a child and have really great ones and then there is a place like this. It’s not all CVS locations, just this one. Takes forever in line, they don’t pick up the phone, they are not willing to help you out when you’re crying because your insulin bottle broke and it’s the weekend. Damon and the pharmacy staff at Walgreens on Melaleuca are the BEST, you’re much better off taking your prescriptions there.

Been getting my medicine at CVS pharmacies for over 10 years and never had a problem until a guy tall guy with reading glasses in the pharmacy department decided to be a straight up jerk to me and made me switch locations. For 10 years i never had a problem getting my meds 2 days early. My insurance allows it. But the tall man with brown hair and reading glasses treated me so bad and would not tell me his name cause i was going to report him, People were in line shaking there head at the man the way he treated ne. I called the main head quarters and i am a waiting a phone call back to see what comes of this. What ever you do if you can find a better pharmacy by all means do so. A simple trip to get your medicine can turn into a nightmare.

Horrible customer service. The line at the drive through to pick up your prescription takes at least 30 minutes. They sometimes don’t run it through your insurance correctly which causes you to have to circle around and wait in the line again for 30 minutes. You can refill a prescription through the automated service but then when you go to pick it up it was never done.

This pharmacy is absolutely horrible. I’ve worked as a tech for 10 years at Walgreens and 8 for target and cvs and the staff in the pharmacy are unqualified and not trained properly at all! Customer Service sucks they don’t answer phones and they can not process prescriptions properly after explaining I’m an experienced tech and my prescription is being processed incorrectly and even my dr calling another script in bold letters stating how to process it pharmacist still can’t get it right the front staff in store is great but pharmacy disgraceful

I should of read the reviews first, not shaming the pharmacists, I'm shaming CVS, take better care of your staff and enough heads to work and help so they can appropriately time manage and not be worked to death, do better! I've waited for my prescription for an hour past the time I got the text saying it was ready.

Wow, I’m speechless of how rude the pharmacist was, I felt humiliated from the lady at this location as she was given me a bad attitude and on top of it, she asked me if had money to pay for my medication that was already paid from the insurance, I had proves from the doctor that the order was sent and she told me that was not her problem, so, is this the way that CVS supposed to thread the customers? I’ll filling a complaint directly with CVS corporate as this is unacceptable. Please do not use this pharmacy as your place to get your medication!

I have never been so insulted as a customer to pick my medication from the pharmacy, the “lady” was giving an attitude and make funny nosing very disrespectful. Is very embarrassing to be a patient to pick medication up and being disrespected at a high level, please walk away from this pharmacy this is not the first time. This happened today 3/25/2021

Seriously avoid this place,
The pharmacy automatically made me to refill a wrong dosage medication and I can’t even return this, I tried to talk with employees of the pharamacy, they weren’t even talking with me about it. Just wow!

I had to call the customer care and luckily they found out some solutions for me.

This pharmacy needs help severly because someone isn't doing their job. Especially during a pandemic when you need to be on top of your game. MY SON NEEDS HIS MEDICATION! They said they would mail me his meds and it would take one day. Its been 3! Now they dont answer the phone ever! I have to drive all the way there 5 exits away just to see if they sent it. I have trouble with the customer service all the time!
