Wow how more rude can you be. I went to fill up my medications today for my sinus infection. Only by looking at the paper she says that’s a lot for me to type, you have to give me an hour. I kindly said I’m really in pain and need them right away if possible. Usually I wait 30 -40 mins. She replied I can give it back to you if you like. Horrible service I will not step foot there anymore. Way to go CVS!

This Cvs store have kind, responsive and courteous workers. Clean and enjoyable environment to shop at. Usually my to go store for certain necessities. As well you will encounter helpful workers.

I have to say, the store staff at this cvs are exceptionally sweet and patient and give great customer service. I have a salon in this plaza and run to this cvs to restock wines and waters to serve to my clients weekly… every time I come into this store there is some pain in the butt giving someone at checkout a hard time over something… I mean it’s Boca it’s a tough crowd sometimes but I’ve seen some despicable attitudes towards the staff here for absolutely no reason… like literally watched an entire conversation go down that left me dumbfounded that human beings walk into a store and treat staff like this … and this happens regularly…and every single person here handles it with kindness and grace. I don’t know what the employees are paid here but they definitely are not paid enough for what they deal with here! Cvs, you have an amazing staff! I hope you take care of them the way they take care of your store!

Went to the CVS to pick up my prescription and this pharmacist Ferrell was completely disrespectful and really really racist!
Pretty unprofessional person and inpatient person! He should no be dealing with sick customers! Wow CVS my family will not buy ANYTHING from you guys again!

The drive-through is hidden when arriving from 24th Street. Continue to the South side of the building and you will see it.

I bought two gift cards after having done this process a few times before. I was sold two cards, but one was the wrong card. What I mean to say is, that I purchased a "secure spend" card, but a "one vanilla" card was activated. I also purchased a "serve" card during the same transaction. The server card worked perfectly but when I tried to use the secure spend card, it was unavailable and stated "contact your retailer. I looked up the history on the card and there was none. I called the CVS, they said I had to call Corporate. According the the store, Corporate would see the receipt number press some buttons and voila, I would have my card activated. It was only then I realized that the card wasn't even the right brand. I don't know if it was an accident or a.scam. I do know that the manager assured me that if it were an accident then the card in question (the vanilla card) would have ended up on her desk. I have waited on hold for a total of 5 hours for corporate and spoken to at least 7 different agents. Nobody can seem to even wrap their head around the problem. The manager at CVS understands the problem, and the worst thing is that corporate doesn't even call back. The manager blames corporate and vice versa. Meanwhile I'm out 200 dollars.its not like I'm someone they haven't seen before, I've been getting my prescriptions from this store for several year. Furthermore, I have recently purchased several of these gift cards due to the sticky fingers of Instacart and other delivery places that add fees after the fact. They can't add fees if there is no money on the card to add. This is another point for another review, but CVS could be a sport about it and give me my card and handle it amongst themselves. All I get is the problems that the manager from CVS has with Corporate and that I should somehow feel sorry for her. They need to step up here, and they have not. I have called each the store and corporate far longer than my time is worth i.e. 200 dollars.

Awful location and so much confusion in the Pharmacy line. Nobody had any type of decency or respect for customers. Just people yelling and customers getting annoyed and rude pharmacy techs. I would never go to this location.

I was trying to get pictures printed out and instead of taking a typical 20 minutes took over 3 hours! They were extremely rude too! Very unprofessional and not at all helpful! If they were busy I would understand but it was dead silent in the store!

Incredibly rude and abrasive pharmacy staff. This is not another disgruntled and impatient customer. In fact, when I went in to fill my prescription, there was no one in line/waiting and the store was extremely quiet. Needless to say, the two pharmacists on staff (approximately 10am on 12/11/2020) were not busy.

No eye contact, dismissive tone, flippant, and interruptive; maybe they should’ve been busy reading an etiquette book. I wanted to say something but I also didn’t trust my anger in the moment, Nor do I enjoy scolding people on their jobs. However, when I walked out of the store, I felt compelled to turn around and at least let the manager know. To his credit, he seemed attentive in the moment.

Still, what an awful experience.

I made an appointment for a Covid-19 test at this location for 12: 40pm. I waited in line for two hours. When I pulled up to the window I shared with the brunette woman my appointment time and I had been in line for 2 hours. She did not apologize and was very short and rude. I discovered I had to perform the swab test myself and she said she personally would never do this. She was not very clear with her directions and it ended up being one of the worst experiences I have had. I would not advise anyone needing a Covid-19 test to go to the minute clinic.
