Drug Store CVS reviews
13Never anyone at the front. Waited and waited, then was told by Makayla that I can’t buy alcohol before noon in Coral Springs. That law hasn’t been in effect since 214. Save yourself the frustration and go down the street to Publix.
Very unhelpful, wasn’t able to get my medication due to this location not having medicine for the holidays? Huge inconvenience you’d think they’d consider it’s now been a week I haven’t had it still just waiting in pain, wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone
Store is always stocked well and the staff are nice, never had a problem at this location.
If i could give less than 1 star I would, this is specific to just the pharmacy department. The pharmacist was awful, i went to pick up prescription got my 3 year old son and she read the order wrong and gave me a dose 3X the amount she was supposed to. This is unacceptable for a pharmacist. I will never use this pharmacy again and caution everyone to have the pharmacist triple check the system before taking any medication.
This is by far the WORST pharmacy you can go to and the pharmacist is extremely rude. They messed my elderly mother’s prescriptions, which caused her to be without very important medication for a week. I called a several times a day asking if they corrected their error and they always lied, made up excuses and blamed another employee. The pharmacist also made a derogatory comment that was extremely rude and unprofessional. I got fed up and moved all of my moms prescriptions to Walmart, which is the best. Walmart pharmacy is professional, accurate, and they have good customer service. CVS is a liability and they really don’t care.
Please take my advice and stay away from this pharmacy! You can’t afford to put your health in the hands of an establishment that does not care about your well being.
The girl who attends is super rude and obnoxious. For some reason, the self-checkout at all times requires the help of the cashier and her attitude is exasperating and if we use a discount coupon, the treatment is worse
Cristina should be 100% fired immediately. I’ve been going to this location for years now and ever single time I come in I pray to god that she’s not working that day. She is by far the most rude, inconsiderate person I have ever met in my life. Just the other night she yelled at my poor boyfriend for standing near the counter waiting for me. I refuse to come back to that location solely because of her.
UPDATE: Haven’t seen her since this post and there’s a nicer Hispanic woman at the counter:)
Had the absolutely rudest and laziest, slow clerk at the front. She didn't know what she was doing.
Online says they do passport photos, I go into the store, wait in line to be told they don't do them even though they have the envelopes for them right on the counter. Woman behind the register could care less.
Fast pfizer covid 19 vaccines, best for appointments for testing and vaccines get confirmation right away wait only 2 to 3 days for vaccine appointments, CVS has your back! Thank you CVS
Excellent staff nice and friendly. They need to have longer oharmacy hours. Other than that it is always clean and neat indide. People who go there to shop need to be more considered in maintaining our grounds clean. The city is like our home we need to keep it clean and neat. Some of the people that come around the neighborhood just love to litter.
Excellent. The drive-thru service now provide you with more than just prescriptions. They will sell you some Pharmacy products. General stuff like aspirin, vitamins Etc. The wait wasn't long and the service is very good. I would definitely recommend coming to the CVS. If you have to go inside, the pharmacy line was short and they were well stocked with everything. Including toilet paper. And water. And I even had hand sanitizer
