Worst pharmacy ever I’m in tears they have made me feel like I’m some kind of problem and embarrassed me as they passed me up for dozens of other people. I waited in line behind cars for 45 minutes and after non of them moved waited for another 30 minutes when it was finally my turn he said they could bit find it so I stepped to the side and called the dr who said they called it in and would try to call right then so I asked the guy if he could answer I had a procedure today am done tomorrow and there isn’t another time I can get one. My dr said that no one was answering; I asked him again he said the pharmacist had to so I then was like well can you ask a pharmacist to answer I’ve been here over an hour as you help other wheee he then proceeded to yell at me. Then finally the pharmacist said she would help me and then asked if I could back away from the booth with I did I was exactly where she said to stand and then she proceeded to ask me to move across the room like some school child that needed to be punished. I’m not standing here for another 15 minutes no help still just stressed out, tired, in pain with a huge list stuff to do. I’m very upset; treat people how you would like to be treated not like garbage

Worst local CVS by far. Always out of stock on life saving medications, they won't tell you when you can expect them, and if it's something you NEED, they won't transfer to another location for you. Will NOT direct you to a pharmacy who has your meds. Unhelpful in any way, staff couldn't care any less about customer service.

Also there is huge illiteracy problem at this store, if you don't know how to read, you shouldn't have a job that requires reading.

They NEVER answer their phones and they fill prescriptions at the wrong store. I really hate this place, last time I'm coming here, total idiots.

Horrible pharmacy. Avoid this location if it all possible. Have used multiple times and have had progressively worse experiences. However do come here if you would like to get educated by their pharmacists on how to be a better customer.

The pharmacy is poorly run by rude technicians. They are consistently ignoring customers by talking amongst themselves and typing on their computer, all without even being greeted. They are always running behind on the scheduled pick up time, I had to leave work to pick up my prescription that I need to be able to function my best at work at the time it was scheduled to be ready, after calling twice to double check it was ready only to be told it’s not ready. They always mix up orders and what they are texting to what my prescription really is. If I weren’t paying attention, there have been times that would have made me very sick. Please work on training your staff to be more cordial to clients.

They do nothing to help people who might be infected.the application is to reject everyone

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Every time I walk up to the cashier no one is around and then by some chance when an employee does make it around they tell me to use the automated check out and then walks away. Well what if I need to put money on a refillable card? Or any number of things you can’t use automated check out for? Once I do get an employee they act like I’m making them work and they give me attitude. Today I witnessed a manager playing on his phone and just walking around. 5 people in line, one cashier and no one else. TERRIBLE customer service. I’ll drive farther to avoid this one.

Pharmacy rep stood in front of me for over 5 minutes typing into her computer and never even acknowledged me.much less helped me. She had a horrible attitude when she finally addressed me, then said my prescription would not be ready until tomorrow - even though the same pharmacy told me it would be ready today. Absolutely horrible experience. F minus.
