So I came to take my very first covid test and the staff at this location was extremely rude and IMPATIENT. Kim who was supposed to help me seemed very agitated that I was there… I was supposed to come in at 11: 15am but arrived at 11: 00am, that’s when I asked her if I came “too early” because she seemed so impatient. She told me to put the cotton swab in my nose with a nasty tone and I asked her if there was a specific way to do it and she was like “just put in your nose”. When I was done, she told me to put it in the box, and when I asked her where I can open it she responds “if you would just listen to what I’m saying “… that was the final straw and snapped. She handed the phone over to someone else and never saw her again. Kim is very unprofessional!

Stupidly, I've been going to this CVS pharmacy since we moved to Cape Coral in 2015. It's close to my home and I guess I'm a glutton for punishment! But Honestly, they're terrible! This shows in the massive turnover of employees that I've seen at this pharmacy over the year's. It seems like No one stays longer than a few months here. It's been ESPECIALLY chaotic & unorganized since this 0v¡d PLAN-demic started. Suddenly, everyone everywhere is SO overwhelmed & stressed out that they can't handle working quickly, thinking swiftly & professionally, etc. They've screwed up so many of my prescriptions that I've lost count. I can provide more and more examples but this review is already too long. If anyone can recommend a different pharmacy in the Cape, I'm all ears! But I would definitely stay away from this place.

The new pharmacist refused to fill one my prescriptions that I was getting there for 6 months. Wouldn't give me an explanation either I think he may be mentally challenged. Go to Walgreens. Waaay faster service and pharmacy staff know what they're doing.

I am truly a very reasonable person and I understand in the location this CVS is, how busy it can get. However, I have had to wait weeks for a medication to be filled. I get text messages that the medication is ready for pick up, I go pick it up and they have me wait 30 minutes but it was supposed to be ready for pick up? I don’t understand. I was told my date of birth on my insurance was wrong so they wouldn’t fill my medication. Called my insurance and in their system my date of birth is correct. I got tired and decided to switch to Publix pharmacy. Honestly, save your self a trip and don’t go to this CVS. The worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to.

I hope nobody ever gets into a situation where they have to use this pharmacy. It is absolutely dreadful. The staff in the pharmacy are extremely rude. They are very slow. I have called multiple times and complained but it's not even worth my breath.

Absolutely ridiculous. Attempting to contact pharmacist to verify prescriptions and instantly put on hold for over 15 minutes at 9: 20am. After getting the needed info, I was going to ask to speak to the manager to inform them of the inappropriate wait time and was hung up on. Unacceptable and inefficient.

Wonderful when the pharmacy tech just hangs up on you. They are masters of making up excuses to cover up incompetence. Two phone calls 45 min worth of wait time to get two different stories about how they have once again lost a prescription which was emailed to them 36 hours ago. And they randomly request refills for meds I no longer take from doctors I no longer see

This pharmacy is very irresponsible, I came yesterday to make an appointment to vaccinate my daughter. They said that I wouldn't need an appointment and that I could just come after 10: 15 AM. I come in the next day with my daughter and they said that they can't vaccinate her and that I would need an appointment. They said that they don't have enough time, that's playing with the person's time, money, and gasoline. I wouldn't recommend coming to this pharmacy.

This is the worst CVS ever. No one knows what is going on. They put in the computer that my husband picked up his diabetic medication and he never did. They were suppose to cancel the pick up and they didn't. They are rude and don't have a clue. Big girl with red shoes has yet to provide me with any orders. The pharmacy is a disaster and dirty. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. You will leave stressed, angry and frustrated! I'd give them a zero rating.

After receiving a text that two medications were ready we went to pick them up and were told it will be 15 minutes, we said ok and came back in two hours and were told it would be 15 minutes - then only one medication was ready not both and we were told the second would be ready in …. Yep, 15 minutes…. After waiting 20 minutes and asking again for the second medication (atorvastatin nothing special) an employee told us to sit and wait because he had to ring up Twinkie’s for himself. Worst pharmacy ever - gets worse each time - we’re changing pharmacies but you’ve been forewarned.

Every time a prescription gets sent to them it just says in process, in order for it to be filled in a timely manner they make you call and wait on hold just to ask them to do what they should’ve done in the first place. I’ve never had so many issues at a cvs before. Have not had these issues at 2 others that we’ve used.

This new pharmacist is terrible. The new pharmacist has some kind of power trip and thinks he can dictate what your doctor is prescribing and treating you for. I will not be going to any CVS ever again. STAY WAY!

THIS IS THE WORST PHARMACY. THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. LEAVE DOCTORS ON HOLD FOR HOURS. THEY FILL SCRIPTS WITHOUT PERMISSION. HORRIBLE.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I sat behind one car for 23 minutes. I see that the DROP OFF LANE IS BEING USED FOR PICK UP. When I finally got to the window, Yoel was helping someone who pulled in the drop off lane yet he was picking up. When I questioned Yoel, he said that’s the EXPRESS LANE! I said it says DROP OFF LANE. Yoel then said oh. I’m confused as to why this employee doesn’t know the lanes and made up EXPRESS LANE as I would have went to the EXPRESS LANE had the sign said that.
Yoel was 100% awful and the service was absolutely terrible! I need to switch to Publix! At least the employees look professional and are pleasant!

Absolutely the WORST PHARMACY I have ever been to. Every time I needed a refill for my narcolepsy meds, they would ignore the script my doctor sent over. This time, they straight up REFUSED to fill it because I’m trying to switch pharmacies and have picked up other medications at other pharmacies? My narcolepsy meds are schedule 1, and I have NEVER picked them up at another pharmacy. I’ve picked up my other meds at another pharmacy because they were from a different doctor. But they still refused to fill my medication. Now I’m out of my NARCOLEPSY MEDICATIONS that prevent me from falling asleep at work, behind the wheel, etc. SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE! DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY.

Slowest pharmacy EVER. They never answer the phone and the wait inside or at the drive thru takes forever. Do yourself a favor and go to another CVS.

This CVS is HORRIBLE. Unless you like waiting 30 minutes for your prescription which was filled the day before.

I had nothing but issues with this Pharmacy.every time I arrive they can never find my children's electronic prescriptions! After arguing & asking for the actual pharmacist (each time I come) the pharmacist yells out & says he is busy & he will have it filled in a couple hours (mind you it was all sent over to them on the 7th & today is the 20th) so 4hrs later I come back & only 1 prescription is ready for 1 child & they tell me I have to wait 1hr until my other sons prescription is ready! What horrible customer service! No one is friendly so far that I have meet & I've been using this Pharmacy for 3 months! I miss the days when nobody was allowed to have attitude towards customers.

The pharmacy doesn't pick up the phone and prescriptions are never ready on time. I highly suggest going to any other CVS than this one, it's a horrible pharmacy experience.
