The girl from the pharmacy who answers the phone gives very bad customer service, I don't know how someone like that can answer calls.

They gave me expired prescriptions. None of the pharmacists seem to want to work. It’s like they took all the “one last chance and you’re fired” pharmacists in Miami and put them all in this one location.

This Cvs is very slow when it comes to medication when it comes to the service I feel like it’s the worst Cvs I’ve been to.

This store has the worse customer service.
Emily "manager" giving excuses as to why the farmacy never answer calls. She needs a better training as to how to run a store and Know how different departments are not working properly. She does not have any spirit as to be a store manager. Customer just like me complaining to the front of the store because we have sick kids needing their medications and they do not answer the stupid phone, instead they hang up on customers calling.

This the WORST CVS Pharmacy I've ever encountered. I have called the pharmacy SEVERAL TIMES the past two weeks and they DO NOT answer and put me on hold for nearly an hour. They did not call my phone number, but my husband's (it's my medication, not his) to tell me my prescription was filled and then two hours later calls him back to say that they can't fill it. Per their voicemail, I call the pharmacy and they DO NOT ANSWER. My husband has gone there a month prior to this situation to ask if my refill was sent (the doctor's office sent it TWICE) and the pharmacy technician claims to not have anything on my file at all). I call my doctor's office and they are frustrated because they know they've sent it. I ended up picking up my refill at my old pharmacy who still had my info and had auto refilled my prescription. Do NOT send your prescription requests here because they WILL mess it up.

I'm so disappointed about this CVS store, I have been getting my pills for several years, I'm this month of May, I pick it up as I do I was surprised it was only 20 pills and my prescription is for 120, when I called them, they said they took a picture of the refill and it looks like they gave me the 120 but it wasn't. It's a shame they do this kind of mistake. I don't need to lie about this! So upset about what happened.

The worst CVS IN MIAMI, if you call get ready to wait 45 minutes to an hour, then you get someone that can't speak English and they refuse to help this is disgusting!

This the worst CVS 157 Ave and Kendall, lazy unprofessional employees, all the reviews are negative, I called corporate and they don't care either!

Poor customer services in the Pharmacy. They scream to you, are very careless, even when the help needed is for a child. Every time that I called spent more than 45 min waiting and when answered they are mean and rude. I feel helpless when I need to resolve medication issues in this pharmacy. Unfortunately CVS is the only Pharmacy for my children insurance. Very poor attention and humanity from this staff. Not recommended at all.

I have spent the entire day calling this CVS pharmacy to see if my prescription was sent by my doctor. Every single time I would be put on hold and then hung up on. This is the worst pharmacy, staff and location. The entire store should be shut down. They do not care about customers and they are all very rude and dismissive. Instead of a simple phone call I have to physically go to the store and wait in line for over an hour because it’s never fast. They all have zero urgency and do not care about customer service.

The experience in this pharmacy is TERRIBLE and the worst I've had in my life, I could say so. The manager of the pharmacy (Carmen Armentero) has no professionalism at all, she is a despicable being. I have had to put up with this woman subtly calling me a bad mother for not bringing medicine for my son because the insurance was not covering it in its entirety. The lady was upset when I told her to return the prescription because she couldn't bring the medications because the insurance didn't cover them and she didn't know why, because they have always been fully covered.
The truth is that it is the worst experience I have had in this country, much less in a pharmacy where you go to look for medicines for the sick, not candy for a birthday.
The claim is filed with CVS corporation complaints department.
Let's hope they take action on the matter since mistreatment of the public in this pharmacy is something very frequent.
