CVS, Cooper City FL

Great customer service by Johnnetta! I saw her in the aisle restocking items while I was shopping and she asked if we needed help with anything. At the register, she greeted us with a smile. Johnnetta was extremely helpful, she explained care pass and coupons to me because I had no idea what I was doing in the app. She was very patient and knowledgeable about the way that it all works. Great Customer Service, which is very hard to find these days, but she definitely is an asset to CVS.

Staff was really helpful finding new things I needed and even helped me save almost 25 bucks with coupons… very helpful, professional and kind. Thank you

It's hard to say anything good about CVS they refused to give me my prescription because the computers are not working have no other way of getting to them yet they are still handing out prescription

***This rating is for the pharmacist Susan at this location***! I wanted to post a positive review about Susan, my favorite pharmacist in the Cooper City area. She has always been very helpful, kind, caring and generous with her time. This pharmacy doesn’t have great reviews, but I continue to be loyal to this location particularly because Susan always makes my experience wonderful. I always have a lot of questions, and call pretty frequently, but I have never felt like I was bothering her when she is the pharmacist on that day. Thank you Susan for caring about your patients’ needs and loving what you do because it shows!

Was treating rudely at the pharmacy counter and have been on hold for 33 minutes! Wow
I am switching to Walgreens tomorrow, this the third time we have had problems here

It would have been nice if the person at the pharmacy had told us they would close at 6. After taking our prescription and stating we are going to lunch and walking away

The girl Alessandra in the pharmacy is quite rude and and really should find another job if she's unable to provide customer service while working in a pharmacy! Customer service and politeness go along way!

I went there 15 min before closing, the employee couldn’t figure out how to give me my prescription for 13 min then I was told to leave without my prescription because it was closing time! Worst customer service, I wish I could give them 0 stars
