Unbelievable. What the heck is going on over there? !? !? ! Can't get through on phone, left 3 voice-mail, no call back, won't answer phone. You are about to get sued as my mom can't get her meds!

Been trying to get my rx transferred and you can’t get a hold of no one they don’t call back, they told me because they don’t take my insurance I can’t pay cash no more so they won’t refill my full script and now that it’s time to get the rest they will not call me back even other pharmacies cant get a hold of anybody

Not sure what has happened to the pharmacy at this location in the last year! They are short staffed all the time and medications are on back order. Went 3 weeks without one of my medications and needed to have my doctor call in an alternative. Prescribed antibiotics last Thursday and when I called this morning (Tuesday) a very stressed and terse woman shortly told me it was in and would be ready in an hour. Should have finished my antibiotics today, not started them today. And they are antibiotics which are used for an infection. 6 days. I'm pretty sure they would not have cared if I went septic again, not their problem, right? !? They could have reached out to my doctor to see if there was an alternative or reached out to me to see if I wanted to try and have it filled elsewhere at a different CVS location. If I was someone who could not advocate for myself, who knows what would have happened. I know it isn't the staff's fault that they are short handed, but they don't need to take it out on their customers. CVS, you need to do better. Things are going down hill fast! Unfortunately, my insurance has us only using CVS for RX or I would have stopped using CVS years ago.

They have horrible customer service in pharmacy. I know they are very busy but if you can’t handle it then find another job no one wants to deal with rude people. I will NEVER fill a prescription there again i rather drive 30 mins then go there.

I’m for sure switching pharmacies. Half the time they can’t get my meds. Even birth control! And they are so slow too. I got like 10 texts that my prescription was ready then I come get it and it takes her 10 min to grab it. I don’t get it.

After 6+ months of them consistently getting it right, it’s time to change the review.:)
After having a horrible experience last year I spoke with an area manager who took the feedback seriously. Since then I’ve spoken with Ali, the pharmacy manager, every month, and filling my scripts has greatly improved. The entire process isn’t without aggravations…I still wait on hold for 39 minutes to then be hung up on, etc.
But overall, their customer service, professionalism, and attention to detail has truly turned around with Ali running things. Ali, keep up the amazing work - it hasn’t gone unnoticed!

DONT USE PHARMACY HERE. JUST SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND DRIVE TO PORT CHARLOTTE OR ENGLEWOOD CVS. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. THEY HAVE THE CONTRACT FOR MEDICAID SO MANY OF US HAVE TO USE CVS TO GET OUR PRESCRIPTIONS FILLED. THEY DONT ANSWER THE PHONE TO ANYONE INCLUDING DOCTORS. THEY PUT MY CHILDREN’S PRESCRIPTIONS ON PROCESSING AND IT STAYS ON THAT MUCH OF THE TIME USUALLY NEVER UPDATING. THERE ISNT 1 PERSON THAT WILL HELP AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT. The pharmacist is rude and doesn't care about the health of those depending on them obviously by the actions they have shown my family for 6 months. If I could id go to walgreens but CVS is where I have to go.

All I can say is this 1 location has be the most unprofessional and worst CVS I’ve ever been to. Especially needing medication for my mother who is diabetic. They’re 3 females who worked in Pharmacy that I will report. They didn’t have their name badges on but I will collect their names. The customer service was absolutely terrible and unprofessional. Totally speechless.

Called every day for a week, told prescription is processing…go in to pick up prescription, told it has expired…it was sitting there for 5 days ready… never received call to say it was done…recording still says processing.

Rude staff unable and unable give updates on prescription status and I will be using a different pharmacy after trying to work with this location for months. (I have yet to have a good experience the whole time I have been using them).

Was trying to transfer my prescriptions to a local Publix instead since this CVS is terrible. Was told by CVS that Publix would have to send a request to them on my behalf and they would be transferred. Publix sent transfer request to them twice and CVS responded that I have no refills remaining on any of my prescriptions. Funny because the labels that are still on my meds from the last time I filled them at CVS say 3 refills and 6 refills remaining. They should NOT be able to cancel my active prescriptions just because I'm wanting my medicines transferred elsewhere. Ridiculous way to operate a pharmacy and run a business. Run far away from this place!

If you had a place for NO Stars I would. How dare this company in the pharmacy treat customers the way they do! Even the pharmacist lets the employees get away with treating customers like that! I can not believe that you stand for the customer service of this multitude! I’m appalled at the way they treat people it should be shut down! Or you firer your unprofessional staff. It’s disgusting how you allow your company to preform this way. The customers are your business! You should be ashamed of yourself as a business. Remember Word of mouth is the BEST advertisement. Shame on you!

There is always a long line to get prescriptions, and I have a back problem and cannot stand for a half hour or more. Several times prescriptions were ordered but when I got there there was no record of them being ordered.

I am DONE with cvs pharmacy they are rude and speak to their customers like we don’t matter. The customer service is horrible. I will be switching pharmacies. North port cvs pharmacy has the worst employees I have dealt with. I’ve been using this CVS for many years. I feel like it’s only getting worse the pharmacy needs a better system to keep it moving faster it’s a very busy pharmacy with the amount customer they have you sit and wait for a very long time the drive thru should be A faster service to use. There has to be a better system of organization to keep things moving faster. If customers have millions of questions they should have the courtesy to go inside and not use the drive thru Also some of the pharmacy staff is rude.
