The pharmacy and everyone who works in it suck at life. They even cuss and complain out loud about how much their job sucks. FIND A NEW ONE.

Garbage, unprofessional, they have me doing the verification, do not recommend, spoke to several people then to be told I have to call another cvs to transfer scripts if i need it because now there systems are down and don't know when they will be up, are you kidding me, waste of time, no wonder cvs went bankrupt and closing many locations, this one needs to be shut down

Very rude employees! Was trying to pick medication up from the pharmacy and staff attitudes were terrible. This wasn’t the first time I came, it was constant bad customer service! Never coming back

Absolutely the worst pharmacy I have ever used. Finally have transferred all meds to Publix pharmacy. With the
Staffing issues, incompetent or overwhelmed, overworked pharmacists. Issues like a
Pharmacy tech giving my son a flu shot thinking he was me, completely unaware and risk to everyone. Stay away if able. Managers do not care, and the corporate hotlines have been called with zero follow up or regard.

This pharmacy is the absolute worst. My moms prescription was sent here on accident. She doesn't use this company for said reasons. Called yesterday to have it transferred to publix. They said publix had to call to have it transferred over. After speaking with our publix pharmacist, they said they called 3 times with no answer. So we decided to call our selves. Over an hour on hold. Finally spoke with Susan in the pharmacy. She was rude and offered absolutely no help. Basically told us tough luck have them keep calling. Cvs needs to either hire more people or just eliminate your pharmacy. Publix makes you look silly.

Hate this place. While standing in line, waiting to pick up my prescriptions, I overheard the manager tell an employee that they needed to log into a computer/register in the pharmacy department because the computer/registers upfront weren’t working and the employee laughed at the manager. I was dumbfounded, because if I laughed at my manager, the way that this person laughed I would’ve been fired. I was not the only person in the store. There were three people ahead of me and there were quite a few people that were trying to check out at the front of the store that couldn’t. I watched as two people just sat their stuff down and said, forget it walked out. I would never recommend the store to anyone I have been a long time CVS member, and in Port St. Lucie they have the worst CVS stores. They could at least have one of them open 24 hours like they do in Fort Lauderdale. The pharmacy is also been horrible, horrible, horrible. I don’t think I could recommend a CVS anywhere near me because I’ve tried other locations and they’re just as bad.

Worst pharmacy by far, I called to find out the status of a prescription and the pharmacy tech stopped me talking mid sentence and placed me on hold again I’ve been on hold over an 4 hours and I’m baffled at how this is even remotely possible.

If I could post zero stars I would. I scheduled an appointment for a vaccine at this store today at the online site. I get there on time and I’m told the pharmacist is giving the vaccines. I go to the pharmacist and he tells me they aren’t doing vaccines today and he doesn’t know why I was booked. He told me I can get in line with everyone else (4) deep or come back another day when they have the staff. The pharmacist was so rude. He talked to me like I was a child. Even people in line made comments that he was being rude.

Couldn't pick up meds for my nephew (that I live with) because I didn't know what the meds were and how they were supposed to be used. My nephew has been having severe seizures during school and waking up in the hospital and his parent isn't able to pick up the meds because she's a struggling parent that works 2 jobs. Please understand that some people work from sun up to sun down on weekdays and aren't able to grab meds so they ask family members to and the family member most likely isn't going to know anything about the meds aside from why the family member is taking it. This is the only pharmacy I've ever had this issue at and I will make sure we take our business elsewhere after the waste of time and condescending tone from the head pharmacist. Wish I could give 0 stars. The head pharmacist literally didn't listen to anything I had to say and just kept assuming I was the one administering the drug when I'm literally just the person picking it up. DO BETTER

Third visit in a row and always some excuse or problem. It just gets worse. Corporate needs to audit this store. Figure it out cvs!

This is the 3rd bad shopping experience at this store. The Manager on duty was speaking on the phone while assisting me. I initially had over $80.00 worth of items in my shopping cart. I went to produce the 25% coupon that I get in the mail, and was told, "These coupons do not scan here. They won't work at the register either. " I then proceeded to only purchase 2 items and left the full shopping cart in the store at the self checkout. This process is unacceptable. Your store employee did not do anything to resolve the issue and she really did not care. I use this store every week or so for convenience and I am a long time reward member. Is CVS in the business of false advertisement? Why do I get coupons that are valid, but not honored? This is very upsetting.

This is the best cvs I’ve been around the area! Super friendly manager and staff members were very kind and not rude like
The other cvs. Definitely coming here as much as i need to. Thank you guys for making my experiences much nicer than other cvs I’ve been to in my entire life. Definitely never felt a connection with anyone else in a cvs like i did here! Great customer service! The manager Michael is the best!

The most incompetent, unprofessional workers work at that pharmacy. Waited an hour for my child medication only to get home and they never diluted the medication. Yet my child is so sick and need the medication. When I called they’re excused is the technician is “new” - she’s new but you’re not double checking her work to make sure someone doesn’t get harm. If you want to prevent medication errors which can be life threatening I suggest using another pharmacy.

I could give them a less than a half star I would.

Every time I go to get my prescriptions they are either never ready or they don’t have them all. They are extremely rude and slow… I definitely would not refer this CVS!

If I could leave zero stars, I would. This place is a total joke, a nightmare actually. The entire store is filthy, I thought that's how all CVS were until I changed locations. I literally drive out of my way because of how horrible this location is. The pharmacy is absolutely terrible. Can't get some one on the phone to answer any questions including a time frame of when medications will be ready. If you're lucky enough to get some one on the phone, you're given incorrect information. The staff in the pharmacy have no sense of urgency what so ever. Medications are never ready when stated, never in the correct spot, so you have to stand there after waiting in line for 20 plus minutes for them to frantically search for your prescriptions. Pretty sure they are all burnt out from being understaffed. I will never go back and will go out of my way to another location to avoid this store. It's that bad.

If you’re going to close for an hour lunch, at least put up a sign instead of staring at someone waiting before saying something. My prescription was sent her erroneously. I would never choose to come here on my own will.

By far the worse place to shop or get your prescription fill. Employees walk around without a sense of urgency to help customers. Avoid this place if you can
