Drug Store CVS reviews
21So Ive been going to this cvs before it was y man. I’m latin American, but tonight Thalia, the little zoomer entitled employee there ended it. I was sniffing some candles and she came by walking to the back room and said “excuse me sir you cant open those” rudely, i told her i wasn’t trying to steal them and asked if she was okay. She then came back out of the back and i was still looking for a candle still crutched down, she had the audacity to come back and stand over me and say excuse me. I said no, you can walk around, you’re ruining my shopping experience. She angrily pushed my cart out of the way and kept going. Nasty little girl. Going back to walgreens Niña deja la guaperías en casa.
Worst pharmacy ever. This happens when you latinfy CVS y Mas. Called an the pharmacy literally hangs up on you. Called 15 times and they hung up that many times. They dis not want to help. You call the store amd they say they will transfer you to pharmacy amd guess what they hung up again. I transferred all my prescription across the street to their competitor Walgreens
Why does CVS not do something about the god awful slow service at this pharmacy? One of the worst around. I now drive past this one to Walgreens.
This place is the most apathetic pharmacy I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Very unprofessional, send potential clients to voicemail, refuse to call other pharmacies to send over prescriptions. My job insurance needs to pick Walgreens as their main pharmacy, so this place employees can continue sleeping on the job. Only at this pharmacy.
I spent 5 minutes talking to a computer that doesn’t understand anything and then transferred to a voicemail. CVS does not want my business apparently
Terrible attention from the Manager Jade and Vanessa, I tried to make a return through Amazon where the instructions say that the QR is enough, they told me no, they were going to accept it because I needed it printed, I choose the printing service the QR and they kept me waiting for more than half an hour and the machine NEVER WORKED, I understand that it is not their fault that the machine does not work but the most curious thing is that there was a man who after me printed and he did He printed it, I tried a second time and nothing, I know that the technical defect escaped his hands, but his attitude was TERRIBLE, they made me feel that it was a bother to help me when that is literally what their job is about, they rolled their eyes and I hope I was wrong But I don't think they gave me my impressions.
They should change the Manager, I will NEVER return and I will tell everyone who asks me.more than 40 minutes wasted
Today I went to the cvs and it is the second time that they try to overcharge me the first time I realized in the store but today I realized when I got home in the morning I plan to go and see what answer they will give me
Worst pharmacy ever no help, rude and definitely don’t want to answer your questions or even help. Definitely will not recommend taking your prescription here
I have autism and epilepsy. I was recently kicked out of a local facility. I purchased products from this store and was trying to find a safe place to stay so that I could contact doctors, lawyers and family for help. I was rudely dealt with by an employee who heartlessly told me I could not exist there. I have called the police department and they wouldn't take me to a shelter. I am on 4 strong medications and unable to get help from anyone in this corrupt county. I thought CVS was a good business. I purchased student bus passes from this company. I had tried earlier from this location and they did not carry them. Their day staff are wonderful. Their night staff is not. Idk where to go or what to do. I am taking clonidine, keppra, gabapentin and lamotrigine and I am bad at talking to people. I am afraid and unfamiliar with this area. This 24 hour CVS should be a safe haven for customers like myself. Instead they treat me like trash for trying to feel safe. The woman sweeping trash from the parking lot acted as if I was just another piece of trash she had to sweep away. She showed no emotion. I will be contacting corporate and reporting this location. I will never give money to CVS again, and I will go public with this information. I am friends with many people who work in sales and promotions across the whole country. You are treating human beings like trash and it will stop.
Very slow to pay attention, in the true driver. Only two cars ahead and I literally had to wait an hour.
I’m not a fan of this CVS. I don’t like leaving poor reviews but I tried to call over 15x and they never answer the phone, it’s so sad. I drove there and it was empty, wasn’t even a line. I feel like the pharmacy shuts their phones off. I feel like the employees give the bare minimum there.
Call this pharmacy and after getting frustrated by the robo system youll get disconnected, I called corporate and complained 3 times about this in 2 years and it keeps happening. If you go down there in person it's like being on vacation in Puerto Rico or Mexico because you'll need to bring a translator if you don't speak Spanish. A notepad and pen is required at the pharmacy to write down your name and birthday because they don't understand English being spoken slowly and clearly. How can you run a pharmacy in the United States and not require the employees to know English? It's always steamy and humid in the store too, it feels like a swamp, I'm sure that can't be good for the medicine being filled.
If I could give this pharmacy 0 stars I would. I have been trying to get my medication for the past 3 days. I go through the drive thru the girl tells me I need a pa I advised her per the email I got from cvs and my md the pa is approved, she told me to call my insurance. I parked my car called my insurance and they stated the cvs just ran the claim 3mins ago and it went through with a $0 copay, so I go in the store they then tell me it won’t be ready until the next day. I just called today and the pharmacist proceeds to tell me the order was never put it for it to be done today so it won’t be ready until tomorrow. Why do I have to call up there to make sure they do their job? This is very unprofessional and I actually work for cvs specialty from home so I know how everything works bc I deal with it on the daily. Find a different cvs pharmacy DO NOT come here bc they cannot do their job right!
The service was excellent from the moment I entered the store. Immediately I entered the store the employee asked me if I needed help. I found everything I was looking for. When I finished my purchase, the employee was still very helpful and with a smile.
The pharmacy is an absolute disaster. Have received medicine that was never reconstituted (powder only, they forgot to mix it with liquid for consumption), they can't find past prescriptions in the system although they were purchased from this location in the past, and my favorite, when I go through the drive thru to pick up a prescription, instead of just giving me the one refill/prescription I asked for, I also get an absolute pile of meds that are "eligible" to be refilled that I don't need, that I didn't ask for, accompanying the only one prescription I came for. It's bizarre. If at all possible, refill your meds elsewhere. This pharmacy is a mess.
Excellent customer service in all departments, they provide very careful help always with dedication, thank you very much, wishing you great success.
Don't go unless you speak Spanish tried to get my child perception transfered, after getting through the language barrier they told me they wouldn't do anything for 72 hours
This pharmacy need to be better specifically the pharmacy Mailin who think she could talk to costumer bad
On December 12,2022 I came to cvs # 5783 to give my wife and children the covid vaccine and they told me that I had to make the appointment online, at that very moment I made the appointment for Tuesday, December 13 at 8.00 pm which I arrive at cvs to give the vaccine to the children and my wife, which the worker Nancy from the pharmacy told me that she could not give the vaccine because there were only 2 workers and the queue had to be attended. That It is disrespectful because I had already made an appointment for the children's and my wife's vaccines.
I like CVS, just not this location. The lines to wait and pick up your script is way to long. They need to better staff the pharmacy.
