CVS, Miami FL

It's a shame, people who work in that pharmacy are nice, but they do NOT answer the phone, which is so necessary to know information about the medicine!

The registers glitches and there was a mgr there to help right away for speedy check out. Also there is no Walmart in the area and we needed to buy a piece of clothing and this cvs had what we needed! A+

CVS pharmacy coral way 147 ave in Miami is a nightmare. The waiting time to pick up medicine is unbelievable. They need more employees to take good care is customers both outside and inside.

Worse CVS you could possibly go to. If you dont want your meds on time or for the pharmacy to actually be open when they are supposed to be then this is the place for you. Never helpful and never have an answer for anything. Every single time ive come in here i have had an issue and it is never resolved. Unprofessional and definietly not effecient at all.

Today, April 30,2023, I went to return a product and the employee Silvia helped me. She herself did not know how to make the return. She was the whole time asking the Manager what she finally ended up doing because Mrs. Silvia was super incompetent and then she went to the line where I was pretending that I was fixing things and they were watching what I was doing because they were looking at a dental cleaning product outside the box and she addressed me saying that if I wasn't I was going to take the product to She seals the box, which I showed her that they are wrong because all the boxes were open, not just the one that I was looking at, the lady was super arrogant and involved when I went to pay, she was serving someone else and I asked a girl who was busy somewhere else. It was a very bad thing for her to charge me. I told the girl to finish what they were doing. I was in a hurry. In short, characters like this should not have contact with the town or if they are not prepared, in addition to not knowing how to do their job correctly. That lady literally leaves a lot to be desired, the first time I see her there and I hope I don't see her again, terrible service.

Cvs of 3737 I only have good things to say. Every time I go to pick up my medications, everything is ready and they treat me as if I were at home. Every time I buy they help me with coupons and I leave happy. A 10/10

The people at the Pharmacy just don't pick up the phone. Waste your time going over there to ask a simple question. And once u r there they r rude!

Emñloyyes need training with the credit card expense account of Humana. The used as credit card and should be process as xebit card.

The atmosphere is okay and it usually isn't busy- a plus for the anxious- but the customer service is unpredictable.

I went today because my daughter needed a cream for her face. I went to 3 different CVS and the item said they were in stock but when I got there they were none or they didn't bother to check. I was greeted today by Carmi she asked what I was looking for. I explained that I had been to 3 CVS and they didn't have the item. She looked for the item on the shelf and it wasn't there. She went to the back and got me 2 creams. She had a coupon and she told me the I can save 10$ with carepass.i didn't know what the was she explained everything to me.i saved 30$ with the help of Carmi! Thank you CVS for having her there go above and beyond!

Had a horrific experience about 2 weeks ago the guy in one of departments aggressively asked CAN I HELP U? Because i was looking at what he was doing with the cart & items he was doing & didn’t bother to check if they had anymore of what i was looking for & seriously? $8.99 for what i was buying when u can get them for $3 to $5 at Walmart or Target absolute disgrace.
