CVS, North Miami Beach FL

Pharmacy Department is a disaster. I had 3 bad times to pick up my medications and another for my daughter. Too bad I don't remember the name of the lady who is always at the pharmacy. It's a disaster. AND I HAD TO TRANSFER MY PRESCRIPTIONS ELSEWHERE AND THEY HAD IT AND THEY CALLED ME TO PICK IT UP.

On sunday 22 october i was buying cereals as usual and i saw a bunch expired on march and september 2023! This happened to me 2 times before so now y double check! I saw the manager on duty at 10: 30 am snd tokd her and she answered the warehouse send it to us. So, is that mean that nobody check the merch while restocking? BE AWARE ON EVERY ITEM YOU BUY AT THIS STORE AT SKYLAKE NORTH MIAMI!

Very friendly staff administering the COVID vaccine. Always a treat to get my vaccines with them.

I have been going to this CVS for more than 10 years since the COVID-19 and the change the staff became the worst pharmacy ever. Even when they text you to pick the medication it's still not ready I have tried to get my daughter medication for two days now and it is still not complete

Good luck with the pharmacy. Most rude people I've had to order from. You'd think they be a bit more helpful and understanding when dealing with sick people.

This store only this store in unreliable source of controlled medications customer service is non existing staff has no sympathy at all

Move to this area about a year ago and visit CVS and other pharmacies often, but I've come to notice every time I come here I'm always welcomed and greeted warmly by the manager Sulema. There aren't many people who go to work and give it their all nowadays. But you can tell that Sulema has your genuine interest at heart.the rest of the employees are amazing as well.

Like anyone else, I shop a lot. I love coming to this specific CVS because of the service I receive but, most notably, the care I receive from associates. Sulema is the kindest person. It can be the most minor thing, and she will be there to help you. She always makes me feel welcome and takes the extra step to go above and beyond.

This is the worst pharmacy in Miami, there is not a single technician who provides good customer service, even the manager named Arthur, the way they treat patients is horrible, customer service is horrible, I have never seen such bad service, and we the patients are the ones who provide them with work, I do not recommend this pharmacy and I suggest that they fire them all and put new staff

As a customer I have never witness such horrible customer service like I witness it today, picked up my prescription in the pharmacy the rudest people ever don’t ever go to this place the girl with the glasses they told me her name was maria along with most of the pharmacy staff just rude and were telling people prescriptions weren’t ready when in fact they were but since they were so disorganized and rude they were telling people to come back and talking back to customers what kind of staff you guys have in this place cvs should be a shame! Along with the big tarp hanging of the ceiling for repairs cause the roof is leaking wow this was beyond me never again.

The ladies were super pleasant. The minute I seem to be wandering, they offered assistance and walked me directly to the product I was searching for. Super pleasant experience. So easy going. Check out smooth as well.

I love this CVS, I can always count on it to find what I’m looking for. The store is clean and the shelves are always well stocked. An employee by the name of Sulema truly stands out. She’s always greeting customers and is very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. It doesn’t go unnoticed.

Had no issues today filling my prescription. They were very fast, 5 mins tops and right as they were going for a lunch break. Thank you!

The worst CVS, and it sad because it’s the closest one to my house. The biggest lines, employees are either slow or don’t care. Let’s change this CVS to a Walgreens

We had a very bad experience at the pharmacy drive thru. We were feeling bad because we had COVID symptoms and the blonde woman who comes to do the exams is very incompetent and very disrespectful. He doesn't care that people feel bad and treats them very badly. This happened three consecutive times when she attended to us and on the last one she left us talking and left and did not attend to us. We never had any problems with the other people who serve the window. That woman should not work with the public since she makes people feel very bad especially when they already feel in poor health.

One of the cashiers, African American at the store is very rude with clients and she hates to help clients.
