I got put on hold for two or so hours, no one answered me.they just let the phone ring and never help customers over the phone.

I recently made an online purchase expecting a smooth in-store pickup process to save time. Unfortunately, upon arriving at the store, I encountered the same long line I had hoped to bypass through online ordering. This completely negated the convenience I anticipated from online purchase options. I expected a more efficient system for in-store pickups, but instead, I found myself queuing up, which defeats the purpose of online ordering for expedited service. The disconnect between the online purchase and in-store pickup experience was disappointing, leading to a frustrating customer service encounter.

Yo cvs do you even see these comments about your pharmacy.
Funny thing is Im here at cvs dealing with the pharmacist with gold glasses. Such a shiity azz attitude, and completely beating around the bush not even trying to find my prescription, and pretending like she cannot hear me.
CVS you need to check her.

Whenever you order a prescription from this pharmacy please, before you leave the premises, look inside the bag to see that everything you ordered is inside. I have a case open with the DEA and my personal insurance because they "misplaced" 2 very expensive tablets (each costs around $200.00), the pharmacy technician Yarkenia told me to re-order it from my pcp, but is not the fact that I have to re-order, is the fact that the insurance paid over $400 for these tablets and the said they gave them to me when is not true. If you can, don't go to this pharmacy, but if you go to the Palmetto hospital and/or is close to your house and this is the pharmacy you use, if your prescription is of an expensive item, open and check your brown stapled bag before leaving the pharmacy. And if this ever happened to you, please report them.

It is the worst of all the cvs, you can never ask for information in the store because there is no one, the pharmacy staff for medication with refills or prescriptions does not know anything, they have no one to guide them, they do not know the procedures, they do not know insurance, you have to watch the refill because they tell you they don't have it and if there is, I'm going to change the pharmacy

Also, although they fixed the gardens, it is difficult to understand how they left flowerbeds full of grass and you have been there for months, I put the photos so you can see what an unpleasant vision of an unfinished gardener

Another day in the terrible Cvs pharmacy, look at the queue, only one attends and also they do not have the medicine that they write to tell you to pick it up

Here again in August 2023, new photos of yerba at its peak, the last three are from now, this place is disgusting, just as bad service, there are no cashiers, the one who attends the pharmacy is rude and impolite, bipolar, total disaster

I was in line waiting for the phone to be answered for 56 minutes, then I stood in line for 1 hour with products and the pharmacy told me that she could not charge me for that line, that is, I had to go through another line of 1 more hour later to do it in the pharmacy department because there I had to pick up medicines, a total lack of respect, terrible bad attention.

Ever Since COVID-19 This pharmacy has been doing bad, Drive-thru horrible Lines like crazy. I went there and I waited an hour. What is that. This has to get better

Pharmacy services is horrible in this location. They are lack of Customer service, patience, attitude all of the above. Zero respect to the customer. For the pass two weeks I have been trying to get someone on the ovine and nothing. After 40-60 minutes of waiting no one ever answer the lines. I called the cvs in Miami Lakes they answer within three minutes bht they couldn’t help me. The point is that this facility are lack of respect to the paying customer.

Pharmacy staff very rude also you going to pick up your medicine and make you going different day never is ready and they don't care about you are spending gas is not free

I go to this pharmacy and my girlfriend goes to a different CVS as well as my cousin working at one of them. When I go I wait 30+ minutes sometimes more than an hour. The delays are ridiculous but they are very nice people as well as understaffed. My girlfriends CVS has zero delays when we go whenever time of the day on whatever day

Horrible service at the pharmacy. They take a lunch break from 1: 30-2 which is understandable but they don’t have the hours posted anywhere visible. I arrived at 1: 28 and the clerk yelled from the back telling me to come back after 2pm that they’re closed. No apologies for the inconvenience no nothing. I waited the 30 min plus an additional 25 min line only to get to the front and be told that my prescription wouldn’t be ready until after 7pm. That’s information the rude yelling clerk could’ve told me in less than 2 min since I arrived 2 min before they took their break. But they lack professionalism and manners at this CVS and they have no regard for people’s valuable time. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Every time I come to this pharmacy it is the same and the pharmacy line is horrible too. Little staff? Distribute the workers better so that there is not a cash register serving the public and other workers telling stories. I'm really going to be forced to change pharmacies, second opinion that I left about this place and they don't solve the same problem. For the record, I gave them a star so I could leave the comment. Ah! And don't contact me to try to explain anything to me, use those energies to solve the problem.
