I went in, I actually had a coupon for 40% off. I needed change and EE denied me change because I didn’t want to purchase. One EE was going to do me the favor but the other immediately gave a remark. For future being nice to customer would actually increase your review percentage and probably the Experience overall.

Went in last week with a script that I needed and the rep acted as if i was bothering her because I wanted to know if they could assist me. She tells me that they don't have the med but they could order what do i want to do, so i asked her to order and she told me come back in aa few days and i would be able to pick up. I show up 5days later and im told by another rep they don't have the medication and won't be getting it at all go somewhere else. 5days i waited.im livid right now! If i knew how to transfer all my meds from them i would

Received message stating prescription was ready to pick up get here. They tell me to come back in two hours or after 2 o’clock because they take a long lunch. This happens every time I use this pharmacy they need to replace all staff in pharmacy because they do not know how to do their job. The CVS in Inverness Florida by far the best and you you do not even receive a text message the pharmacist calls you himself and tells you your prescription is ready within less than an hour of them receiving it. These guys at Landstar CVS lazy useless people that do not wanna work.

Worst pharmacy in orlando. Prescription never on time. They sent message saying that is ready when you get there nothing is ready. Don’t go with this pharmacy

I have a video showing the negligence of the people who work in the pharmacy, I left the emergency room at 7: 30 pm and at 7: 42 pm I was demanding the medications of a 1-year-old child with an infection and fever, at the pharmacy. They told me that they had not received anything (it was a lie so as not to send it). I called the clinic again and they sent the medicine again, at 7: 58pm, at the Pharmacy they told me that if they received it, I should transfer it to a 24 hour CVS because preparing the medicine took a long time and they were already going to close at 8! My son who has OTITIS WAS LEFT WITHOUT MEDICINE BECAUSE OF THEM. If they close at 8pm it means that EVERYONE who is there before 8 WILL BE SERVED!

Best service best employees everyone in this store is extremely friendly I recommend the store on landstar & Town center. Hans & Michael the pharmacists, are always there to answer any questions I have. Including the cashier's that work so very hard there. You got to love CVS. You can buy some groceries, you can get perfumes, hair products, vitamins and minerals. Beach gear, and clothes. All year.it's my drugstore I recommended this place

Terrible service.the pharmacist very poorly educated. Little attention to patients. Delivery of medicines, irresponsible with the health of patients. On several occasions I go to look for medications that I use daily, they don't have them and they order them and they arrive in a week, they interrupt my therapy, because I currently have Cancer. I have considered changing pharmacies. They have 0 in customer service.

This has to be worst ran pharmacy in the state of Florida! Hans the pharmacy “manager” is a disgrace! It does not take days to fill a prescription. He should be demoted and someone competent should replace him so the pharmacy can be ran better and more efficiently! Go somewhere else seriously! This place is a joke and plays with peoples health

I made an appointment for a bivalent Covid booster, but the Pharmacist told me to come back the following day because their current stock has expired. He told me to do a walk-in, no need for an appointment for the next day. I went back the next day, and was told by the technician that I need an appointment so they can see my detail in their system What a waste of time, and misinformation!

Great customer service! Needed to exchange a propane tank and I was in and out in no time.

Store associate Dorcas was very helpful today. She was quite knowledgeable about purchasing OTC products. She went out of her way to personally retrieve a product behind a locked display. Will happily revisit this location.

They have good service but they are always packed! Good luck getting out of the Drive-tru in 10 mins…bur other than that their customer service It’s good!

Tried to call pharmacy 6 times hung up on 5 times and front desk just placed neon hold for 18 mins till I fell asleep still no success. Could of simple say we are busy call back at whatever time. Horrible service

Rude! Called and they immediately put me on hold so they didn’t have to speak to me. Oh wow! My insurance is through CVS Caremark. How dangerous to have you life in there hands.

Wait times are horrible. Got a notification from the pharmacy that my prescription was ready to then wait in line and find out it wasn’t. Also, they recently “lost” one of the medications they filled out for my spouse. Completely unacceptable service. I am currently in line to get some prescriptions and the line has been in a standstill for 45 min. I will be changing pharmacies ASAP.
