CVS has gone down in every sense of the word.
Unable to get a hold of the pharmacy, leave voice messages to no avail, the app is absolutely useless amongst many other things

I wish CVS would have a better price schema, with their coupons they try to get me there, sometimes it works, but most of the times I rather have to put the order in Amazon or Walmart because the price is more fordable. I rather would see an acceptable price without coupons so I would go all the times to cvs.

Horrible customer service they charged me 8 dollars for a small bottle of body armour. I asked how come it came out to 8 dollars when it’s price is 3 dollars. She immediately got angry and started bad mouthing me quietly and offered me a refund. She refunded my order and threw away my body armour even though I hadn’t finished drinking it. I politely told her thank you and have a good day and she ignored me. There’s no reason to get that mad over a simple issue. Please do not come her go to any other cvs instead.

Go somewhere else. This is not what you would expect of a Pharmacy in Weston. 45 minutes to pick up a prescription for a sick kid after being asked to comeback later in the day.

Just felt like I had to come on here and post a positive review for the pharmacy staff. Yes, there are long lines. But, they try very hard to help every single customer. Special thanks to Marco the pharmacist for always having my prescriptions ready. Also a very special thank you to Chris, he goes above and beyond to help and always has a smile on his face.

Go to other pharmacy, very bad customer service and attitude in addition to always waiting long time to get your prescriptions. Yesterday was the worst, I went to pick up my prescription at 3 pm and they told me with a very bad attitude that they didn’t have time and to come back next day. I needed to start my treatment so asked another pharmacy to transfer my prescription, the CVS pharmacy didn’t transfer it saying that they had everything and called me around 6 pm to pick it up, when I went, one of the prescriptions was out of stock so had to to the transfer process again. I am changing my pharmacy and I recommend you do to. Everything is about the attitude and how you treat people.

The truth is that you CVS leave me no choice but to write this review. Today at CVS where I have been going for more than 20 years. The idea was to pick up some medicines, pay for some products and leave two new prescriptions. I made two lines to pick up and pay for the medicines, a second line to leave the prescriptions, and the pharmacy employee wanted me to make a third line to verify a price, because she was unable to do so. I wouldn't be surprised to see the store close.

I got food poisoning from one of their snacks here, and literally almost everything here is expired and outdated.

I'm changing my negative review. We had a rough start switching to this pharmacy but the pharmacist was helpful and understanding. We got what we needed.

Everything written here is true. It should not take 44 minutes of standing in line to pick up a prescription! Good luck calling the pharmacy. I’ve called with no answer for 25 minutes. Furthermore as I stood in line, I witnessed the phone ringing and NO ONE picking up. Completely ignored. Truly THE WORST pharmacy ever. And before you say switch pharmacies, I can’t. My health insurance dictates that I have to use CVS. Anyone have different/better experiences with other CVS’s in Weston?

The pharmacy is the worst. Don’t come here. You have to wait at least 30 mins in line to pick up a prescription. This is every time you come. They don’t have sense of organization and logistics.
