Drug Store CVS reviews
17Recently scheduled flu and Covid tests with the Minute Clinic in this CVS. The physician’s assistant, Brenda, not only performed the tests but checked all of my vitals to determine the symptoms I was having. She took extra time to review and explain her findings. The prescription took care of my ailment. She is a real asset to CVS and is a super PA.
I love the coupon deals at CVS. The store was clean and neat and organized. I found everything I needed
So many of my needs and wishes for self care are addressed at CVS. The ExtraCare Rewards program keeps me, happily, coming back. Keep up the great work!
It said online that they have HDMI cables but once here in person I found that they do not have them
Waited 3 hours with 102 fever being told it will only be 15 more minutes the whole time. Not the only bad experience I have had here.
I do believe this is the nicest and cleanest of all the ones I have been too.
Service may not be the best but, product availability and a bundance of is outstanding, I was fortunate to have lived close by in the condos, moved to parrish where that cvs should be shut down.
I made a reservation at 11: 45 am for the minute clinic at 12: 20 pm the same day as their check in kiosk indicated that 12: 20 was available. It’s now 1: 269 pm and I am still sitting here waiting with a few patients, one of whom is coughing constantly without a mask on. The CVS minute clinic kiosk SHOULDN’T have indicated that a 12: 20 appt was available as clearly they should have known they were WAY behind when I checked n. They should also MANDATE (and enforce) that EVERYONE wear a mask in the waiting room to protect others …. I may not get my Covid vaccine today if I have to wait much longer but I may well come away with an infection from having to sit next to an unmasked patient who clearly has a productive cough with some kind of an infection….
However…. Once I was finally seen the NURSE was excellent! They have her doing all the paperwork, check in, etc AND providing care so she was GREAT but clearly the checkin process needs to be improved to avoid excessive wait times!
The pharmacy will kick off your insurance with a coupon you didn’t ask for then try to use an old insurance and loudly claim you don’t have valid insurance…when you DO and you used it last time! They don’t know how to use their own system and are trying to embarrass people.
These days customer service is a lost art. Justin is an exceptional team member and always provides exceptional customer service every time I shop at this location! He goes above and beyond! He always greets his customers and thanks us for visiting the store. He is never bothered when you need help with finding products or need help at the self check out. He is the most professional and nicest employee I have come across in a very long time. He must be a very special colleague there because he is a very special team member to his Customers! Thank you, Justin!
Tremendous Customer Service rendered this AM by CVS Associate LAURA @ Check-Out. Also, the Older Woman working on the Sales Floor whose name I did not get. Because of these 2 Ladies, I will be a CVS customer for life!
6/11 835pm. I had just come from the hospital and went to the pharmacy to get my prescriptions. The dr wrote the wrong one. I was in so much pain and crying. The two pharmacists on staff went above and beyond to make sure I received my medications before they left. I don’t know their names but I wish I could thank them again.
The pharmacy is a total nightmare. Every single employee save for one is extremely rude, condescending and disrespectful. Every single time I go there I have an issue. Whether it be the extreme wait time, them being out of my medication or their terrible attitudes. Will definitely be finding a new pharmacy.
Chronically understaffed and under stocked. No one answers the phone and they never have my basic generic meds and when I need to talk to them it is at least 10 minute hold to then be put on hold longer. Only go there because my employer makes me, hate them for it.
Switching pharmacies! Had to call around myself to find medication that CVS was out of! Isn’t that the job of the pharmacy and not a sick patient? !
The young man at the counter was extremely helpful. Also agreed to carry water out to my car. Very friendly and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure doing business with that CVS. I will always return and recommend to all my friends.
I was looking for an item and the Mgr took me right to it. I love shopping at this CVS because the workers are so nice and friendly.
It’s easy in and out. I choose the self checkout and it’s always easy to work and makes it convenient for me,
They don’t care what you have going on it’s minimum 2 hours for every script every patient
