CVS, Hialeah FL

Horrible supervisors like Yamile do not know how to take care of customers. I went because of a claim for a gift card that was clearly something from the store. The lady did not help nor did the cupbearer seem rather guilty.

Very bad service they provide with the photos, I called 30 minutes before going and they informed me that they had the service until 9 pm, when I went at 7: 30 pm they told me at the checkout that the camera did not have a battery. The truth is It's just that they didn't want more workload because I know it was at night and they had many more clients. I understand it because if a campaign like that doesn't have a battery to provide service, then the truth is, it's better to close it. You must understand that the market in this country is becoming with gaining more clients,
This was on 12/13/2023 at 7: 30pm and this comment is for some manager of that store, do not burden your workers or improve the quality of your service (businesses are attended to as if they belonged to one, that would be the employee)

I was denied the vaccine service, although I was covered by an appointment made on the CVS website. A certain Mrs. Yamilet León denied us both the Covid and the flu vaccines. I will file a complaint with CVS itself and the CDC. Why do they summon us if according to them we do not meet the requirements?

I loved the experience. I left very pleased. The girls helped me a lot and I saved a lot with discounts. They are very nice. Excellent service.

This place is really so bad that I have never had such bad service anywhere, the cashiers have a bad manner and are slow that it is a shame that a CVS has this type of unpleasant service, if you want to waste your time go to this place, otherwise never go there it's horrible

WAS PERFECT TODAY MY EXPERIENCE IN CVS. THE ATTENDANT WAS VERY POLITE, SHE REALLY KNOW HOW TO TREAT PEOPLE

The experience I got at this CVS was very good and the worker Bárbara Navarro was a very capable worker and had excellent professional ethics in dealing with the costumer.

The worse pharmacy, poor management. They never answer the phone or they drop your call at their convenience. The lines are awful inside and outside and when you get to it they tell you that they don’t have your medicine or that they will deliver the next day and that’s a lie awful place

Terrible service, I wouldn't give any stars because of the poor service they have and poor manners. They don't know how to deal with the public. If they don't want to work, they should go home. They should have more education.

Excellent attention from the person in charge of the beauty area named Tania! With a super pleasant service of excellence and a lot of knowledge regarding the products in your area.

Worst pharmacy ever, they never answer the phone, not even on doctors line, medication is never ready, they tell you to check cvs app but dont make sense if meds are not even ready. I give a 1 star cuz unfortunately there is no 0.

More personnel at checkout, even when employees doing their best with several registers at the same time to reduce the wait time

The staff at the pharmacy rarely pick up the phone. I called the front and all the store manager (Pedro) told me was that he doesn't know why they're not picking up the phone and offered no help or a solution. Horrible customer service.

Pharmacy drive thru takes a little time. But overall it’s the best CVS team I’ve seen so far. Very professional and friendly

I'm a Prescriber and I had the worst experience with the Staff of this pharmacy. The pharmacist and the person at the desk never get the phone's calls and when you leave a voice mail with a prescriptions, they never took the prescription and the patient 8 hours later, with a bleeding never received. Incredible. Recommend to the Managers to see if this persons have a enough qualifications to work there. Thanks
