Drug Store CVS reviews
13Terrible attention, remember that you come to the pharmacy because you are sick, you leave there sick and with psychological trauma
I got off from work at 3: 30am and needed to grab a few last minute items. I arrived and the store is locked, I called and no answer. While typing this I see an employee carelessly doing nothing. Bad for business
The most ill-mannered, super racist employees I’ve ever seen at any store anywhere. Disgusting people work here. It’s filthy. It’s so bad that I left there on 3 prior occasions instead of completing my purchase regardless of no other options close by. Even the security guard is disrespectful and refuse to make people feel safe when a customer kindly asked him to watch their locked bike outside since he was standing beside the door anyway.
Very unprofessional and no hope for good customer service from ANYONE at this location. If I could give it -5 stars I would In a HEARTBEAT.
I had the pleasure of having Deva assist me with my passport photo. She was great and super sweet! I appreciate her so much!
Completely useless pharmacy team. All of them are inept, rude and incapable as pharmacists and customer service reps. They all need to be re-trained or honestly find another line of work (suggest something in the city for example, where they also love to not work either).
I have a recurring order of medication that you would think it should be ordered ahead of time. Coincidentally they have forgotten to order it now three times in a row.
The health of their clients is the least of their worries. They only care that your insurance or your card goes through.
Avoid this pharmacy at all cost for all your physical and mental health purposes.
Hate this place. Pharmacy is always 20-30 min wait. Store is dirty. Shelves are sparse. Coolers are warm or shut off.
Slower than molasses. Did not have meds ready yet was supposed to be picked up one day ago. Try another pharmacy
Stay away from the pharmacy. Go to another CVS to fill your prescription. This CVS will have you waiting until the next season. That’s how long they take
STOP NOW! DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY LOCATED 4800 BISCAYNE BLVD. I AM WARNING YOU NOW! If its a simple basic order maybe u will be ok, if not be prepared for the B. S. The staff here are not good at all my prescription was not ready even though I got a text saying ready for pick up. And they told me I have to come back tmrw cause they close in 30 minutes so I asked them to transfer it for me to another location they said no problem it's in the computer u can pick it up at any cvs. I knew better but they assured me it would work. Ofcoarse it didn't now my son can't get his medication tonite, thanks CVS 4800 BISCAYNE BLVD.
This is consistent with CVS having tremendously awful Pharmacies. Literally 6 people behind the counter and one person seems to be doing all the work with one at a computer with her headphones on, doing nothing to move the 8 person line.
I gave it a 2 instead of a 1 because the staff is courteous but the place is very badly run. The prices are the highest across stores but you can get some nice discounts with the card when products are on sale. But if you price compare with target or Walmart you’ll see the huge difference on products. The pharmacy is the busiest pharmacy I’ve seen in my life. There is always a line of at least 10 people. There’s a prescription overload one day the piles will reach the ceiling. I saw more staff there recently so I’m thinking they hired more people. Still, the meds take about 48 to be ready and sometimes you may even have to call and say you need them so they fill them. Aside from this, the place looks filthy. They’ve started some renovations thank god, but I don’t think they had or have a cleaning person. The customer bathroom looked pretty scary. They’ve fixed up a bit but who knows how long that’ll last. There is a lot of dust on the pharmacy counter and it just looks messy. Check out my photo of the pharmacy ceiling and the dust on the AC vents
