Drug Store CVS reviews
16That red head pharmacist to ask me did I want my medicine or not? The old pharmacist is also very extremely rude to customers and the old one is also very angry about something and taking her anger out on customers because she told her worker to make me leave the counter area
While waiting for the self checkout to clear up because both people using them required help but the girl upfront, I think her name was Kay was on FaceTime talking to someone and then ordering food. I had to interrupt her conversation to see if she would help the the two ladies so I could check out. She eventually stopped talking on the phone long enough to check IDs for the two ladies at self check out. After I left, I was super annoyed call the manager Mr. Frazier And told him that he should not allow his employees to sit on their phone while we check ourselves out. Having for you had to use any kind of customer service skills. He told me I have stuff to do in the back and hung up. Absolutely ridiculous, I’ll make the extra drive to avoid going in there again.
CVS have you looked at your review ratings going down? While I turn into your store, over Walgreens, I left everything on the counter again when your perfectly able worker, standing at the cash register, said I had to use the self pay. You're messing up a good thing.
Went to the store brought a Arizona drink for cash back to get me and My service dog on the bus use the self checkout and got just 10.00 back the store manager was very rude and said he doesn't have change he name favser store manager I said Sir I'm sorry I feeling very lightheaded and needed to get on the bus to get my blood pressure was very very high I asked him if he could break the 10.00 anything to get me on the bus I made a purchase he said no I said can you please give me back my refund in cash since I paid for it on debit card and he said no I said I wanted to call the corporate office and he said call I said the the pharmacy has it u got to buy something else I have to ask customers for money to get me on the bus that not right at all this is the store manager then he gave me back my refund on debit card and still won't help me with 10.00 from his self checkout machine I need a response
from corporate manager please and the refund slip is another person name kester when dose a big store don't have change for 10.00 in the store how is the store manager running it with out change
Eye drops for $5.49 is the cheapest option, they have some eye drops they sell for $20plus. $1 at target. Who buys stuff from here?
Absolutely horrible place, should be shut down! One pharmacist says one thing and the other one says something different, horrible service and attitudes… People’s health and medication shouldn’t be taken lightly, this pharmacy does not care …
Alexis the pharmacist is always very friendly and thorough. This pharmacy prepares meds quickly and I have never had an issue. Happy to have them in my neighborhood. Thank you to the team at CVS 8325 baymeadows.
I always give them a day to fill prescriptions because I know how it can be considering I used to work for CVS for 9 years. The pharmacy is always busy and under staffed. But for this to be a busy location the staff is always courteous professional and attentitive. Even though I never rush them to fill prescriptions my scripts are always filled within 2-4 hours here. I think they are doing an amazing job. Keep up the good work! I can't remember everyone's name but Alexis the pharmacist is great with people!
I visit this store often. As with any store, they have busy times and quiet times
That's life! But as far as service and available priduct, they can't be beat! This is the store for me!
Recently I walked into this store and asked the worker at the front. “What time does the pharmacy open. ” He answered “ it is written on the door you should have seen it on your way in. ” I responded “that’s not what I asked. ” The pharmacy tec was at the front and over heard us. She answered my question. It is so sad to see the customer service is none existent in the world we live in today. CVS, if your employees refuse to answer simple questions to your customers then there is a gap somewhere in the job screening process.
I went to take passport photos, the person who treated me was very impolite and rude, it bothers them to work
Ordered posters for a funeral, they were supposed to be ready within an hour. Went to pick them up 3 hours later and we’re not ready. When asked a team member, they stated that they didn’t know how to use the machine. I then had to order the posters from a different location. These were for a funeral, the baymeadows location really inconvenienced me by not having them ready on time and not knowing how to print them when I went to pick them up.
Is only 11: 50pm and the white guy dress all black with blue eyes and long hair had the door close and said they where close other costumers where in I guess that I’m Spanish with tattoo he had to
Judge too bad
Awful! Slow. They gave me wrong brand even though there was a note in my profile about it. When I pointed it out they said they don't always read notes. That's scary.
Both bathrooms are out of order, I just left, I'm not going to stay and shop if I can not use the restroom. Walgreens from here on out. Valentines not marked down, moldy roses.
I usually have a normal customer experience here however today I experienced the worst service from the most unhelpful pharmacists. None of them knew what was going on, where my order was, why or how it didnt get to me, none of them knew how it was even placed, its like it was all their first day. They told me conflicting information, saying that I had an order there, but when the delivery person came to pick it up there was no order under my name? Mysteriously I was charged for a delivery and didn’t get it so I needed a refund but none of them knew how to do a refund? Im trying to be nice but I genuinely have never experienced anything like this before. I even spoke with CVS corporate offices and they told me they would handle it for me because they understand that the pharmacy I am referring to had done multiple things wrong and understood completely that this was very out of the ordinary. CVS corporate has had to sort out an entire mess caused by this pharmacy.
