One Minute clinic is the Best, the service was Excellent, definitely will be back for other services.

Friendly customer service, has many of the things I’m looking for like turtles (candy) and it’s pretty clean. The Minute clinic is also pretty nice. They have doctors and staff with great bedside manners, which is always a plus.

Piece of garbage pharmacy, incompetent staff. Life or death medication needed and they cannot get it together!

If I could give a -1 rating I would. This has been a terrible experience coming to this CVS. I’m not sure if either of them are any better. I tried this one because I had given up on another location that I frequent. This one was just as worst. I tried to p/u my son’s prescription (and I needed it same day). I got there, they mentioned it was not in stock. I asked if they can look for the medicine at another location, and the lady was able to find it but it was at a Seffner CVS. She assured me she would transfer the script there and by the time I arrive it would be there. So I get there, wait in their line for at least 30 minutes to be told they don’t have anything in his name that was sent to their store. Imagine the frustration. So I asked the CVS rep is there any way they can help me and call the other store since I waited in the line for so long, you’ll think they would help, but nope. So basically how the story ends, my son did not get the meds he needed for tonight, I have to wait for the store on Bloomingdale and 301 to open tomorrow. Very POOR! I’m extremely disappointed. The CVS network used to be top tier, they’ve definitely lost their touch.

There are always signs when a business stops caring and goes downhill. This CVS is on a steep decline. They can't even bother to fix the trash area doors, much less close what's there. The attitude of the employees here sucks. They are often rude, they sound overworked and burnt out. It is nigh on impossible to reach anyone by phone. I wish I had stayed with my old pharmacy. CVS is going to hell in a bucket and this place leads the way down.

If you feel like for have c0vid and get a negative here trust your gut and get a 2nd opinion somewhere else I tested negative here and positive at the hospital a few hours later.the doctor that helped me was EXTREMELY nice and informative the test with the ear swab just wasn't good.

This pharmacy is worse. Wait is always over 30 mins inside or drive thru.always out of stock. Pharmacy staff is rude.

Pharmacist was rude. I asked her a question and she responded rudely. I go and look at the reviews to think maybe she was just having a bad day but all the reviews are terrible. CVS needs more polite caring workers. If I could give zero stars I would do so.

While trying to pick up my medication at 2: 25 pm on 7/30 my experience at the pharmacy was completely unprofessional and fraught with rude employees. When I went to the pickup counter I gave the first employee my information to secure my medication. She informed me that the medication was rejected and to talk to drop off, dismissing me and ignoring any further questions. When I went to drop off to speak with the pharmacist on staff they did not come to the counter to retrieve my PHI. Instead, I had to raise my voice to give them the PHI so they could hear me which was over 12 feet away with several customers surrounding me. My HIPPA rights were violated. The pharmacist told me my insurance rejected my medication, and would not elaborate on what could be done to rectify the situation, and would not discuss generic equivalents. Instead, they gave the rejection order to me and walked away, again dismissing their customer. On the rejection order CVS had an old address I had not lived in for ten years. I updated my information my last visit and verified the current information several visits previously. After this unprofessional, rude, and concerning disregard for PHI protection, I, nor my family or friends will be giving this location any future business. I highly recommend that the CVS staff be trained in HIPPA law that was so blatantly disregarded. My rights under Federal Law were ignored.

During the last visit the service was terrible. Minimal help, upon Dr. 's recommendation, she recommended a medication which I should buy and bring to my next visit. Minimal attention, the only thing I took was this phone number and called. It is unfortunate for us seniors to be treated with no empathy either.

No words other than absolutely the worst pharmacy on man kind. Waited 3 hours for a prescription just to be told they didn’t have it on stop. Every staff member is disrespectful and has the attitude of a funeral home. Not to mention bugs all in the pharmacy.absolutely disgusting. But not surprised bc it is in progress village so what do you expect? The actual doctor just shouldn’t be a doctor. Not sure where he for his “ pharmaceutical license” but idk if it’s legit. Save your time and health.go else where!

I ALWAYS have to wait nearly an hour to pick up my meds and half the time they charge me wrong. I have medicaid for my disabled child and her meds are free. Today the tech said to me.nothing here is free. I switched back to publix! Horrible horrible horrible

The absolute worst pharmacy. I have waited on hold from 35 minutes to an hour without speaking to the pharmacy regarding issues with my prescriptions. I had to hang up because I either had to log back in from my hour lunch or log in for work. It is unacceptable. How is my doctor supposed to speak to you regarding a script on hold when they do not answer? ! My fiancé has been in several times and witnessed them blatantly ignoring the overhead speaker, saying the pharmacy has a call. I have called to corporate 3 to 4 times now. Currently on hold with them as they try to call the pharmacy. So far 27 minutes ans 8 seconds of my morning being wasted. Some people need scripts to survive. This has been on going since April 7th. Today is April 11th.

Finally, someone picked up the phone, Savona, a technician. Again absolutely the worst customer service. Corporate cold transfered me. The technician said it's hard to pick up the one with one technician. I just heard excuses. No empathy, no apology, no concern. Just they faxed my doctor what they needed. All I wanted was to know so I could let my doctor know. Not to mention being talked over the whole time. Finally, she asked if I wanted the pharmacist to call my doctor. The whole time she had an attitude with me. I of course was frustrated however not once did she try to calm or de-escalate me. She just made it worse. I can say all of this as I work in an escalation department and this technician needs some serious training on being compassionate. After these scripts are filled 100% changing my pharmacy.

It is impossible to speak with pharmacy staff over the phone! I’ve had to give up on calling several times and drive to the store just to ask a question! While waiting at the pharmacy it is evident phone calls are not priority! No one even tries to answer calls! Phone rings and rings! Absolutely terrible!

Worst experience ever, first they have you wait for over 50 mins in the drive thru. Then they give you attitude when you get to the window. I went to pick up one medication, they said it would be ready in 1hr. I come back an hour later and they say oh, the medication won’t be ready until tomorrow, come back the next day. I go back the next day and they now say that they have to order it and it won’t get there until Tuesday. If this were to happen once, okay I understand but I’ve gone to this pharmacy over 5 times and it’s the exact same routine with them.there is utterly and completely no concern for not only your health, but your time as well.
