I really like the staff and the manager. They are very friendly and helpful. The pharmacy too! Today the pharmacist went out of her way to help me find the vitamin I needed, and to explain some things I need to know about the vitamin. Also had a question on a female product, and she answered those questions too. Overall, I always have a good experience when I go to CVS at 1S. Missouri in Clearwater Florida. I’ve been going there for over two years. I can tell the staff really do care.

I had to give the one star. But CVS u really get zero stars. The young lady in the pharmacy Fabiola she is a disgusting, vile human. Send some secret shoppers through the drive thru and you will see how she treats customers. Disgusting, won't even go in this store again. Oh and they tried to sell me prevacid for 125.00 when I can get it at Walmart for 20.00 ripp off CVS. As long as I'm alive I will never walk into another one.

No customer service training at all in the pharmacy nobody greeted me somebody asked me if I was helped I said no and she just stared at me until another person came didn’t say one moment or anything everybody looks like they hate their job nobody could explain to me what the prescription was

The pharmacy needs to prioritize customers who come inside over those in the drive thru. Also, the employees should not be personal shoppers for drive thru customers and go out into the store to get the additional items the customer is requesting. If the customer was able to exit their house and get into their car, they should be able to get out of the car and enter the store to shop for themselves.

CVS stopped selling cigarettes. Maybe it's time to stop catering to everyone, promote some physical activity and reserve the drive through for only the handicapped.

The only professional person behind pharmacy was the pharmacist. The tech was unprofessional and laughing at customers. I can see why people rate this pharmacy poorly. Need better customer service at your establishment.

I was shopping at a CVS not in my neighborhood today. I used my health insurance card and also purchased with cash. The cashier named Demarvin was extremely rude to me. He took my CVS and Insurance cards and threw them on the counter instead of placing them in my hand. I am a senior cit izen and he was a young man. He offered no assistance when I had to lift bottled water in my cart to be scanned. I asked if he could help without me lifting, he rudely said no. He acted like waiting on me was such a chore. No customer service skills at all. I should have complained to the manager, but I was so taken aback by his attitude I rushed to get out of that store. I will NEVER return to that location again.

Angel who took care of me was rude and was not interested in helping me use one of my coupons that was about to expire. Yes, he told me I had 3 accounts with the same number, but I showed him my email where I received the $5.00 coupon, but he insisted that I couldn't use it because it did not show up. It annoyed me because I asked him to tell me why he could not apply for my purchase, but he refused to help me. He told me that I called him a liar, which was not true. I felt discrimination because my English is not that good. Angel should not be working for CVS because he is not a person who likes to help the customer. Customer service is the most important thing for a store as important as CVS. If he doesn't like serving customers, then he should look for another job where he doesn't talk to people.

If you want to be treated worse than trash, definitely try here. After waiting over a week for my medication I called and was told that they sent a request for prior authorization but didn’t call my doctor because “you have to take care of yourself” (?). So even though they have the contact information for ME AND the doctor, they couldn’t be bothered to pick up the phone, send a text message, NOTHING. And they agreed yes, no one cares about you.
I guess any kind of human qualifies for a job at that CVS Pharmacy.

Their staff literally do not care. I called the store because of some one receiving a money order that they shouldn’t have and told an employee in the front and the shift manager that he does not belong with that money. They hang up on you and then leave you on hold for 30 minutes when you try to call back. 10/10 don’t recommend this store.

This is got to be one of the slowest pharmacy pick up windows ever. Will be switching pharmacies. I am sitting here for 15 minutes with just one car ahead of me and I'm still waiting to pick up one prescription. This is awful!

Waited 35 minutes for pharmacy to pick up the phone. Finally hung up. Called back to talk to management and got supervisor. She apologized but I said all they have to do is pick up the phone and say you reached the pharmacy could you please hold. Instead no one answered at at all.so f_ you all at CVS which stands for Can't Verify S_.

I’m not sure if they are over worked, or just don’t care, but every time I call, I am waiting on hold for 30 mins plus to talk to someone in the pharmacy.

Went in to buy an infant's baby bottle and they didn't have any in the tiny section dedicated to bottles. They have three isles of candy and other sugar products in a pharmacy where people supposedly go to get items to improve their health. Even the sunglasses section or toys is much larger. It's really a disgrace!

Lily at the pharmacy was very pleasant and sweet. They were very busy in the evening time and she apologized for the wait to each and every customer even when some didn't wait long. Her customer service was excellent and it was refreshing to have a smiling face when picking up my prescription.
