The staff at CVS on Courtenay in Merritt Island has great customer service! I want to give a special thanks to Donna for assisting me with all my CVS needs, each and every visit!
Some of the staff at this store are so helpful! Taunya, is a rare find in the customer service field. I really appreciate all the help.the store is always clean. I can always find what I need do to the easy layout of the store.
The store was dirty and the lady at the front and the lady in the pharmacy were both extremely rude. We are in from out of state, left the items I had intended to buy on the counter and went to Walgreens down the street. I had no there.
The worst part of CVS is calling for information or because they want you to call them, you have to stay on the phone listening to a bot explain everything in reference to covid before you can even select an option and then god forbid you clear your throat, it confuses the bot and it has to start all over again explaining everything you never wanted to know about covid before you can select your option. Then by the time you finally select #7 to speak with the pharmacy theyre close for lunch!
