Drug Store CVS reviews
10 They close every day from 1: 30-2: 00 pm for lunch. Only pharmacy chain in America that can't figure out a lunch schedule to keep the pharmacy open. When they opened up, they had one tech and one pharmacist in the pharmacy. There was a long line inside and a line of cars outside waiting. When I spoke with them, they told me they hadn't filled my scripts. Told another customer they were still catching up prescriptions from yesterday.
I'm sick, tired and achy. I have a five hour drive to get to.my destination. I just want my meds and want to get on the road. I do not see how CVS continues to operate in this manner. I only use them because my insurance requires it.
I had a very pleasant shopping experience and was assisted by a kind gentleman who acted pleased to see me and assist me with my shopping needs. No shopping malls for me. This was the way to go. Thank you CVS.
I emailed a photo to this location to be printed out for my mother as a gift. The photo lab overcropped the photo cutting off the top of her head and the side of my face. When confronting with this the clerk did nothing and refused to give her a refund saying he just worked there he's not the manager. This is unacceptable.
The manager at CVS on 520 on Merritt Island was extremely helpful. The staff is equally knowledgeable.
Came in at 10/16/23. Was not happy with the way the women spoke to me on the phone. Almost like they didn’t want to do their job. The excuse I got is “understaffed” but it takes 3 mins to look up good rx. Every other pharmacy does it. They almost got me to pay 201 for an 80 medication through good rx. I had to force them to look it up. This is the worst customer service for a pharmacy ever. They are “understaffed” so that means they don’t have a good location to work, can’t find people that want to work with those snooty people. The 2 women and man lack any customer service and don’t care to mend any fences or at least fake like they care about the customer. Never going back here again! Seriously I’d rather drive to another cvs or Walmart. I wouldn’t recommended this pharmacy to anyone. They act like their going out of their way to do their job!
Love CVS pharmacy in the Target on Merritt Island! They are always efficient and accurate with my prescriptions and friendly also. This is not the closest pharmacy to me but I go out of my way because I like them so much and many times I get a few things in the store too.
Pharmacy drive thru is closed because they "don't have enough employees to man it"? There were 2 people working there. I've seen other CVS's operating drive thru with only 2 pharmacy employees. If it continues I'll be taking my business to another CVS.
So helpful and always assists anyone with professionalism. Pharmacy is always busy but they will get to you as fast as they can.
Worst experience in a CVS pharmacy, they denied me a prescription and told lie to me, they denied it for my doctor being out of county, when they filled all my other 5 prescription from the same doctor for over year, and on top of that they didn't even look my history on file, they treat with such disrespect. Went to another cvs 5 mn away and I had no problem, I guess the out of county rule is just for this pharmacy.
I went Sunday 1/8/23 and the men that was working in the pharmacy department was very rude and unprofessional with me only because I asked something about my medication, finally he don’t answered my questions. Very bad experience.
