Pharmacy is not available to speak with. They texted me. I called to ask about the text and their circular not answering system took 2 hours for any response.

This is the only CVS I've dealt with where you cannot speak to a live rep. When you call for assistance, the answering prompt only let's you leave Voice Mails that are *not followed up on*. You cannot contact this pharmacy unless you show up to the store. Worst CVS location I've ever tried to use. Would not recommend. There are plenty of other locations that answer the phones.

Their pharmacy dept needs help. Sent me to two separate locations insisting the prescription was ready at the other location.to discover the antibiotic could only be mixed upon arrival (b.s) and having to wait additional time because they didn’t have it ready. Which means I could have picked it up from the first location… or the second location didn’t do their job. Either way my child had to wait an additional two hours to receive medicine because of this incompetence.

Horrible. They said they were receiving the medication in 3 days and then didn’t fill my prescription when the shipment came. Causing me to miss medication doses AGAIN. Edgar and the rest of the pharmacy team couldn’t care less about getting your medication you NEED to you asap. My doctor and insurance have both authorized the prescription and they’re still refusing to dispense it? Every time I need a prescription I have to call the pharmacy directly and only then do they tell me there’s an issue with insurance. By the way, THEY have the number for my doctor AND my insurance pharmacy helpline but they couldn’t care less about calling and doing their job. I’ve had to be back and forth with my insurance and my doctor when CVS staff could’ve called them to resolve the problem. Now I haven’t had my medication for days because of their incompetence. AGAIN. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Nothing y'all are great at this store. And the cashier her name was Bella.she went above and beyond to help me find what I needed. This is one of the cleanest and nicest cvs stores I've ever been in.

If your going to change your Sunday hours to close at 6. Then maybe you should update your website/good hours. I arrived at 535-540 to pick up RX and all the signes said "New hours" until. So now I have to wait overnight to get my medicine and I am in pain.

Pharmacy experience 2/9/ 23 Edger (manager) and Cherry) (pharmacy tech) are vile people. Who have zero compassion and zero customer service on top lack of escalation skills.

They thought they could be charmingly rude to me via phone and get upset that I stood up for myself. I can only image how the speak to the elderly. Please advise and head that warning.

Don’t allow these two people to talk down to you. Find another CVS because common courtesy cost nothing

And respect is everything.

Pharmacy dept.was a disaster. A simple flu shot turned into an hour ordeal. And we still didn’t get the shots. ALL OF OUR prescriptions are with CVS/Caremark. I made the appointment online. The website recognized our accounts and previous vaccinations. What a joke!

Been filling my pain meds for chronic pain at cvs for 11 years. This month they refused to fill them saying they just lost a billion $ lawsuit so I'm chopped liver. Went to another farmacy they filled them no problems. Drs write prescriptions it's a dr/ patient privilege yet the dea has given the farmacies the power to refuse to fill prescriptions fir any reason. Their not drs and this 100% unlawful I'm seeing people suing cvs for this exact thing and I hope they loose BILLIONS MORE! WOULD GIVE 0 STARZ IF I COULD
