CVS, Starke FL

The pharmacy here is probably the nicest I've experienced at any CVS location I been to. Keep up the good work

Lynette, the pharmacist at this location, is absolutely amazing! She really does her best to help customers with answering any questions as well as providing the best customer service over the phone and in person. I'm grateful for her kindness and hard work!

Rude! Not only are they rude, they have screwed up my prescriptions on more than one occasion. I hope they have a really good liability policy. Moving my prescriptions ASAP!

Starke FL. Pharmacist was No help and provided no assistance when my prescription was not in stock at her store. Moving to Walgreens after 20 years.

I walked into the pharmacy department to pick up my antibiotics twenty pills for ten day's of use, once I arrived home and opened up my med bottle only to see that I had only fourteen antibiotic pills and not the full twenty, how does anyone working in the pharmacy department make such a huge error like that by being short of six of my antibiotic pills that's unacceptable, and what's even more troubling and disturbing is when I went back to CVS to have this situation straighten out concerning the shortage of my antibiotics pills and none of the employees in the pharmacy department wanted to own up to their wrong doing rather it was a mistake or intentionally encluding the black woman who's the pharmacist, they all are very unprofessional and should be retrained promptly and correctly because this is a serious problem and they may even give a customer the wrong type of medicine somewhere down the line, that place really need to get it together and start dismissing unfit useless employees working in the pharmacy department what shouldn't be working there anyway.

I had an excellent visit with CVS store today when I purchased a gift card. The associate was warm, caring and friendly. She assisted me with a smile and bid me farewell. It was a pleasant doing business at this store.
I highly recommend it to customers.

Pharmacist was rude and told me to come back after lunch break. Only needed OTC cold medicine…

If i could leave negative stars I would. Had a RX sent over at 11am. Got there at one thirty and they said they would be done at 3. Did mention they were a "bit behind". Ok. At 330 i returned and they said they would text me when they were done. By 5pm I hadnt heard so I drove back and went inside. Where then I was informed they would not release the pain medication unless I also agreed to pick up an anti nausea medication that cost $800. Which of course who has an extra $800 just laying around a sock drawer? Not me. LoL

So they tell me i have to call the dr back and ask them to move the rx. Wonderful *sarcasm*.

My partner had now been without pain medication for over 14 hours after having a surgery with complications YESTERDAY evening.

While waiting in line (for 45 minutes) i heard multiple families including children who had to leave without their LIFE SAVING medication bc this pharmacy is "3 days behind" (their words) in filling rxs. Yet they keep taking in more orders.

I WOULD NOT recommend this pharmacy to anyone who NEEDS their prescription filled anytime soon.
