Larry was so rude to me and my friends he accused us of stealing and kicked us out the store and he told us that us “venezuelans” need to go back to where they can from and all we “people” do is dance. This is ridiculous and i’m very upset that there is still people like that out there. You guys needs to get it together.

I spend over 5000 a month. I was happy with the service until they hired a new cashier in the pharmacy. She has not wanted to help. Lied that my insurance covered a prescription when it did not (I almost had to pay 300 extra but I caught the mistake. Not helpful at all. I am wanting to switch to a new pharmacy that cares

So I went in with a $20 to get 1 item less than $10 the cashier didn’t even print a receipt for me she hands me a $1.01 and argued what I gave her. NEVER AGAIN

It's my lifetime pharmacy, it's that fabulous! Outstanding pharmacy team and fantastic store employees. This CVS pharmacy really Cares about my health and wellbeing. Thanks!

2 times I've ordered my prescriptions way in advance 2 -3 days only to go to the drive in
"after 4pm" and it was not filled

First round at the register, I got told they have nothing in production for me. Granted, the provider mispelled my name, but no effort was given to look into it. They had my DOB, how difficult would it have been to see they was 1 extra letter there.

Get back to the front. They find them this time. I got to pay, and the cashier notices there is a discount applied but no insurance. Ok, here's my cards. Sheri tells me she'll go fix the name and process insurance. 15 minutes later, comes back to tell me when she messed with my name, it canceled the prescriptions and now they can't sell me my prescriptions that are in her hand and I have to call the doctors office to have them resent. She then argues with me about giving my insurance card back, and when she finally finds that and very condescendingly tells me to have a nice day. If I wanted to pay more for my medications out of sheer convenience to be in and out, why was that such a big deal? Why do I have to call and fix the mess you created? It's absolutely horrible. After 5 years, I thought you would've changed but man was I wrong. I will shout it from the roof tops there are so many more competent pharmacies than you.

Good place to buy pharmaceutical products and other essentials. They also take regular photos, passport photos, posters and posters and they have some people who serve in Spanish who are very friendly

Trying to call in & get a prescription transferred, called 3 different times today & waited over 20 minutes each. Just said I’ve called at different times a waited over 20 minutes, she was very hateful. Guess start going to Walgreens.

Have an issue every time I try to refill using the app or automated phone system. "They never received it". It only happens at this location and incredibly frustrating that you actually have to go to the pharmacy to request your refill then go back to pick up. Don't waste your time trying to call the pharmacy to request refills that way because it takes over 10 minutes before they even pick up your call!

Don't expect to return anything to the store ever without a receipt that will not help you at all especially if you used a card to pay and you had to cancel and you no longer have the card anymore then just forget about getting any of your money back. That prefer to rob you then instead whether or not you have a receipt makes 0 difference to them. Super rude and unprofessional the manager is the worst.
