CVS, Sebring FL

Waiting in drive thru line and after 20 minutes one car was serviced. This place is terrible for service

Don’t go here. Doctor called in an rX on Thursday. Go to pick up on Sunday and they didn’t have it ready… she had to order it. Why wouldn’t they order it when it was called in days before? Very annoyed.

Overworked people trying to do the work of three stores. I felt so sorry for the employees and the customers. Employees were polite and patient, not their fault. Don’t go here it’s insane the lines are 10 deep. They haven’t been able to fill orders that are several days to a week old.

This location needs help in the pharmacy now that they closed avon cvs. Wait times are high as well as lines are long.

BEWARE! Low educated staff. Its sad. I have paypal as a payment method. The app clearly states that this location uses it. There was 3 PEOPLE in the front. NONE OF THEM KNEW HOW TO DO IT. They tried to lie and say “we don’t have that” CLEARLY I COULD SENSE THAT IS NOT THE CASE, THEY JUST DONT KNOW HOW TO DO IT. Or even wanted to take the time to do it. 3 people in the front for nothing. Just running the clock. I am a customer. You should know how to use every payment method you have available.

I AM NEVER COMING BACK! I don’t even write reviews. But this one deserves to be written. Hope this helps the next customer

The staff at the pharmacy really don’t know what they doing I transferred my prescription to CVS and got my prescription was filled in no time

The pharmacy is the rudest place I have ever been to the store manager answered the phone saying what's up, are you kidding me we went to pickup prescription and couldn't understand the guy talking so I said we would just come inside and he said I had 10 seconds to get in because he was closing for lunch, Are they wonder why nobody goes there for anything!

No wonder why you just got two Stars.calling the pharmacy and robot answered the phone, leave a message.

Closed the Avon Park location so either have to go to Sebring, lake placid, or wauchula. Transferred to Sebring because it is closest and it took over an hour waiting in line just to pick up prescriptions. Unfortunately our insurance locks us in to CVS.

Everytime I pick up a prescriptions they have to look through most of the bins they have. I feel like there is no organization with meds. It takes a while waiting for them to find things. They need more help
at pharmacy counter. ⁷

Dont bother trying to pick up your perscription on your lunch break the pharmcy is closed during peak hour

After working at CVS for quite awhile it does not please me much at all that my CVS card often does not work on getting me savings on items I purchase. I understand that I no longer get 30% off on store brand items due to the fact that I am no longer an employee there. Purchased the CarePass plan and should still get 20% off store brand items. Yet, I don't? Coupons don't work at times also. However, I admire the staff here for being very helpful in finding the way to get me the savings that I should. Thank ya' much!

This is THE WORST CVS on planet earth. They screwed up my prescription even after I had them on the phone with my Dr’s office. Then they shut down for lunch and just walked away and left me stranded without filling my prescription after getting it approved a second time. These people have no soul. I’m speechless….

While I was giving my date of birth got interrupted, and told we’re close for lunch…
Awful customer service I see why they’re closing stores, I understand now!

Been waiting on the phone for over 30min on hold to talk to a pharmacist. Still on hold. Absolutely ridiculous, there is no good reason to keep someone on hold for 30min without so much as a hello.
Edit: apparently Google is wrong. I finally got a hold of the front desk person and they have informed me that the pharmacy does not open until 10 am, Even though it says 9am online.

PHARMACY PHARMACY! OMG ITS TERRIBLE! 2 WEEKS TRYING TO GET MY PRENATALS THAT CALLED AND SAID WAS READY FOR THEM TO SEND ME AWAY SAYING THEY DIDNT HAVE IT YET.
