CVS, Kissimmee FL

If i could give this pharmacy a 0 star rating i would) They have the rudest staff, when you try to explain yourself to the staff they shut you down immediately and basically make you feel like you don’t know what you are talking about. They constantly give the wrong medication or they just dont give you the correct amount and when you try to tell them or correct them they threaten to not give a refund even without walking out of the store. “I dont have to give you a refund if i don’t want to” thats what the attendant said to a customer in front of me. Its extremely uncalled for and unprofessional. If you don’t want to torture yourself and waste your time with this nightmare of a CVS, don’t go to this CVS.)

Great pharmacy, friendly staff. I have used Cvs for more than 10 years because of their service.

Don't go to CVS go to pubix pharmacy. Employees in CVS are rude and are there for a pay check. Publix have great service.

Worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Prescription was supposed to be ready Thursday, I went there and was told to come back Friday to pick it up. Went there Friday, was told it will be ready very soon and that they will text me, I never received a text. Called them on Saturday and they said it will be ready Tuesday at 4: 49 pm. I arrive to pick it up at 4: 49 pm on Tuesday and am told it’s not ready, once again they said it will be ready very soon and they will text me. Finally, 20 minutes later they texted me it’s ready and I got my prescription. I will never use them again.

I move to the area recently and I Started with CVS pharmacy and I can said the staff in the whole store are awesome, alot of Blessings to you all.

Very rude and customer care service tech.in drive-thru area of pharmacy. As well as a drive-thru party, several cars were just parked in the drive-thru waiting to pick up perceptions.

Drive thru is ridiculous. Prepare to wait 20 minutes just to reach the window to pick up after waiting 3 hours for them to fill it.

They never have anything stocked. And it takes them a day to refill anything. So don't look forward to your medication if you're in lots of pain, cause you're gonna have to deal with it or go to Walmart!

Pharmacy Staff (technicians and manager) are very rude and condescending. I'm not shocked at all by the number of bad reviews they have. I will be doing business with Publix since they actually have polite staff.

The pharmacy manager, Max, is a complete arrogant jerk. He makes you feel like you are stupid for asking questions. He talks down to people. He has personally told me a prescription is ready and I could come pick it up. I arrived 15 minutes later. Magically, the prescription "unfilled" itself and he refused to fill it. No explanation why. He could careless about anything other than himself. Things were SO much better when Praveen was the pharmacist! Courtney is great, too.

Horrible Service. Faxed prescription more than 2hrs ago and they didn't bothered to start getting ready until I went to pick it up taking an additional 20 minutes.

Corporate needs to send undercover shoppers into the Pharmacy Dept. The issues are mind boggling. Incorrect information, unhelpful pharmacy staff members, no attention to detail. The staff outside of the Pharmacy are great and helpful. The contrast in how customers are treated in the same store is nuts.

Horrible. Couldn't help for anything and then when I asked for the number to the nearest pharmacy I was rushed off the phone.

Horrible service. Always a long wait when waiting on prescriptions, no matter how long they have been called in.

Front desk people is very nice, except the farmacy manager, very nasty lady. Couldn't help me with an issue that happened with my prescription. The rest of the staff is great

I visited the pharmacy, and I was impressed with the level of customer service that Eliana gave me. She was very attentive, thorough, and pleasant.

We came around closing time, and the entire staff was upbeat, which was refreshing.

I used to be a Walgreens employee so I tend to stay away from CVS (I haven't been in one for years), but I will truthfully admit that I enjoyed my experience today at CVS.

Best pharmacy! I speak only the truth! I love CVS in Chicago and now living in Florida, I love this CVS! The Walgreens on Cypress pkwy is soooooo horrible! This CVS is absolutely the fasted and best! Thank you CVS!

The worst pharmacy I've ever been to. The staff there seems as if they don't want to do there jobs. They always have an excuse not to fill or order my prescriptions. Except for one pharmacist. I never have a problem with her getting my medications. She's the only one who gets things done over there!
